Perfect location for a ski break

Two families ( 4 x adults & 4 x teens ) stayed here on a week ski trip. The chalet is very easy to locate, 2mins uphill walk to bus stop for base camp for skiing, 3 mins downhill walk to the centre of Zell am See for nightlife, bars and restaurants so location couldn't be better. Mrs Steiner met us at the chalet and gave us good information about the area. She is a nice lady and always at hand to help. The chalet is on 3 levels, with an additional boot room for storing ski equipment. The chalet was warm and comfortable and easily accommodated our party of 8 guests. Kitchen had everything we required.

Great place to stay Zell.am See

Excellent home and place to stay. Cannot fault it. Great location, well-appointed, excellent facilities. Mrs Steiner was great. She helped us settle in easily, very friendly, and provided a great i sight to Zell am See ans surrounding area and attractions.

I didn't like that we needed to take our trash by ourself to the city recycling point. If we hadn't had a car it would be much more complicated.

Katastrofa!

Sami morate kupovati drva za kamin jer je u kuci bilo 19'C! Vlasnici ne žele pojačati grijanje bez obzira šta postoje radijatori. Sami morate odštopavati odvodne cijevi koje su zaštopane od zaostale prljavštine! Za smeće se morate sami pobrinuti pri odlasku! Stašno! Svaki dan smo upozoravali vlasnike na grijanje, zaštopane cijevi, al morali smo se sami snalaziti! Jako ružno, ne profesionalno i ne očekivano za turističko mjesto! Jednom riječju užas i katastrofa, za novce koje ste morali u naprijed platiti!
