Schmitten 27 Rooms & Apartments is a fantastic choice. The location is amazing: perfectly central yet whisper-quiet for a great night's rest. The rooms are spacious, functional, and super clean, with comfortable furnishings throughout. A special mention goes to the host, who is amazingly kind and helpful. Everything was seamless. Highly recommended!

Location was excellent. Have been to Zell a few times and short stoll to city express lift, and town was great. But still quite in the evening and night. Boot and ski room also good with room key for access. Overall was clean and warm.
Nothing. Accommodation is basic, but was prepared for this and good value overall.

Great location. Really clean. Good value for money. Great communication. A hairdryer was meant to be at the property, I mentioned that there was not one, so one was provided the next day.
The outside light did not seem to be working which would have been useful as the steps up to the front door were a bit icy. We had some loud guests in the property, singing whilst being a bit tipsy. Wasn’t a problem and not the owners fault but some guests may not like that, but that may not be normal. Maybe some polite signs requesting guests to be considerate when returning late to the property. This was at 4:30am 😃
