Great location, decent apartment

Great location in the center of town with private parking lot. Our apartment was located at the quiet backside, and we had a sunny balcony. This made for a good combination. The apartment is nice and spacious. The kitchen and bathroom are clean, even though the bathroom is a little outdated. The free summercard is a great bonus, as the swimming pool is only a short walk away. All accommodations in Zell am See offer this card, and it is very handy.

The apartment is isolated pretty well, and there was not really an option to keep a window open, which means in summer it gets really warm during the nights. The beds were not really comfortable. There were no comfortable chairs at the balcony.

Location at the center of Zell Am See. Fully equipped kitchen. Just 3 minutes walk to Grand Hotel and the lake.

When we arrived there was a problem with the accommodation, but the staff at we rent was very helpful, they solved everything in a moment and to our satisfaction, so overall we rate the stay very positively.

Very clean Right in the center of Zell am See Low price

Very noisy. Make sure you dont get apartments with windows that face the main street. Soooo much traffic noise day and night. Problem in summertime if you want to sleep with the window open. Essentiel Kitchen equipment was missing or in terrible state. Only one dishtowel, only one piece of cloth and only 2 plastic waste bags... All for one week.

Good basic apartment for ski trip

Apartment is basic but has everything you need for ski trip. Close to Billa & Spar. Can cook everything at apartment. Close to ski rental and cityxpress. Close to bustop for other resorts too.

Very simple checkin process. Great central location but nice and quiet. Appartment was cozy and warm.

There was no sofa as the sitting room was an additional sleeping space so the single bed became the sofa, which wasn't very comfy to sit on. People in the apartment above could be quite noisy both early morning and late at night.

Good location, noisy, poor wifi, and overcharging.

The place is in the center of the city close to the lake and also to the cable cars and bus terminal. The staff was kind, polite and helpful. The city itself and the surrounding nature are stunning. The Zell am See card that is part of the price is very useful and gives you most cable car rides for free as well as the public transport and entrances to places such as the swimming pool, a few gorges and a boat trip.

I was quite disappointed that the place charged quite a bit more extra money upon the arrival than displayed at bookings (to be clear, there was a sum to be paid extra on spot, but they requested more than displayed). When I noticed and asked, the staff argued that there is a bug and it is not their fault. Even if that was true, they clearly knew and should have communicated this upfront. Also the parking fee of EUR 10 per day is rather steep. The room had windows on the main road going through the city which was quite noisy. The windows, when closed, made the noise disappear, so probably not an issue during the winter season. Last, the wireless was really poor and the signal only barely reached the kitchen, with constant interruptions, but would not work elsewhere in the apartment.

Ideal base for discovering the Zell Am See/Kaprun area

The apartment had everything I needed. A spacious kitchen, bathroom and a place to sleep. Wifi-connection worked well and the apartment is very centrally located.

The kitchen/living room could use a more comfortable seating area in case you are in for an evening and would like to watch some TV.

دفع مبالغ اضافه من غير اللي موجود في بوكنك لازم تزيد ضرايب ثانيه عن كل شخص ..يطلع هذا مبلغ بعد ما تتم الحجز ..واخذ رسوم تامين ويرجع ناقص وهم يقولوا رجعنا كامل و وصلني ناقص..لا يوجد استقبال.. بطاقه دخول الشقه ما اشتغلت وعاد اكثر من ساعتين انتظرهم

الرجاء عرض صور حقيقيه 🙂 للشقه وعدم المبالغه

موقع الشقه وسط زيلامسي وكان قريب من البقاله العربيه ويوج شطاف في الحمام

الصور المعروضه في بوكينج ليست نفسها تماما والمبلغ مبالغ فيه جدا الفين يورو على 5 ليالي !! شقه ل5 اشخاص وعباره عن غرفتين فقط غرفه بها 3 اسره والغرفه فيها سرير طابقين ويوجد معها المطبخ والصاله في نفس المكان كيف تقدر تطبخ في نفس المكان !! تنام وتجلس بالصاله وتطبخ في غرفه 3* 3 غرفه صغيره جدا معقوله غرفه نوم ومطبخ في نفس المكان ! تعتبر بالنسبه لي اقامه غير مريحة بسبب المكان الصغير والضغط على المطبخ والصاله اتمنى من عرض هذه صور حقيقيه للمكان وعدم المبالغه ورائحة مطعم الخليج كلها بالشقه
