Poor value for money.

The location is near a ski piste - when there is not enough snow you can not ride from the top to the house. When we were there the main run past the house was closed unless you took the black run. The piste is blue but it’s basically a road so it’s narrow and icy.

There are two houses for this property, we had one appartment for 8 persons and it’s facing the road. The kitchen opens into the road (it is not the main road but a side road) directly and whenever you open the door it’s very cold. The house is also very poorly isolated so even though the radiators were working at full power it wasn’t really warm inside. The ceiling is very low, about 2.1meters and it’s even lower in some sections. The kitchen and dining room all in one are very narrow. It’s impossible to walk behind someone if they are sitting at the table. The sauna is in the adjacent house, so you need to walk on the road to get to the sauna - there were no instructions about how to get there anyway. The ski room is outside the house as well and it is small so you can’t sit down to put your shoes on and off. If you are in the bottom appartment you will hear every step from the appartment above and it can be very loud. The appartment seems clean but it’s dirty under the beds and under the couch and the dining room seating. If it were 50% the price it would be acceptable but at this price point just spend a little more and go to a better property.

An excellent holiday. The apartment was very good and reasonably priced, spoilt by some detail.

The two double beds were excellent, and the layout of the house was interesting and very pleasant. Overall the facilities were good (but tarnished by a few silly bad points)

The third sofa bed was INADEQUATE - it was not really a sofa bed, and quite poor for that purpose - A let down! A proper sofa bed would remedy this easily. Although the kitchen had good appliances, the kitchen was poorly equipped for other purposes - for example NO OVEN GLOVES - DANGEROUS ! - and had zero cleaning utensils / dishwasher tablets etc EXTREMELY UN-GREEN and a time/money waster for the customer - it would be good to have a pre-stock option with basic necessities. The shower was ok but had a partially blocked drain so filled with water during showers UGH! YUCK!

Pleasant

Last day we were able to have late check-out. In the kitchen there were enough plates, cups... for all people.

When we came the first night late evening, the apartment wasnt ready for use ( not cleaned, no bed linens, towels,...), after complaining, the next day we were given bigger apartment and a discount from the price. Although the larger apartment was for 10 people, comfortably it was for 6 people, in the bedrooms there are no wardrobes, no place for suitcase. In te bathroom there ano shelfs or place to put toilette bag and to hang towels. The bedroom for 4 people is comfortable for 2 people and the smaller bedrooms for 2 persons have just a twin bed and no other place to put personal things.

we kwamen pas om 1600 aan, en toen moesten we nog een uur wachten op de schoonmaker. de ligging van het appatrment was pefect. prive parkeerplaats voor gasten, vlak bij de lift,
