Good day, Dear family, To the Respected Hotel Owners I wanted to write this message to express my sincere gratitude for the wonderful experience I had while staying at your hotel. I have visited Austria more than 60 times and stayed in many different places, but honestly, I have never felt as comfortable and happy as I did with your family and in your beautiful hotel. From the very first moment, I felt that this place was like my second home. Your kindness, simplicity, warm hospitality, and the strong bond between your family members reminded me so much of my own family back in Saudi Arabia. This feeling is very rare, and it made my stay truly special and unforgettable. Your family has beautiful morals and genuine hearts, and this is something that cannot be described easily with words. Every detail in the hotel reflects love, care, and authenticity. The view from my apartment was absolutely breathtaking — overlooking the beautiful Lake Zell and the surrounding mountains. Every morning felt peaceful and magical. But more beautiful than the scenery itself was seeing your family living such a natural and honest life. Watching the young man from your family taking care of the cows in the fields early in the morning was one of the most wonderful and authentic moments I experienced in Austria. Thank you again for your generosity, warmth, and unforgettable hospitality. I will always remember your family with great respect and affection, and I truly hope to visit you again very soon. Sehr freundliche Gastgeber! Äußerst zuvorkommend und allgemein eine süße Atmosphäre.

Trotz voll aufgedrehter Heizung war uns v. A. nach dem Skifahren sehr kalt.

Very cozy, very clean, beautiful view from balcony, quiet place, friendly and polite owners who stayed till late night to let us in ( issues on the road), fully equipped kitchen, bathroom and bedroom, all very well organised, fully recommended.
