Our cozy and newly renovated holiday apartment "Schwalbenwand" (as of June 2025) is located on the second floor and offers a generous 50 m² of living space, comfortably accommodating 2 to a maximum of 5 guests. Lovingly furnished with attention to detail, it combines modern comfort with a warm, homely atmosphere – ideal for families, friends, or small groups.

● 1 bedroom with:
a comfortable box-spring bed
two single beds with a continuous foam mattress – also usable as a cozy couch or relaxation zone
● Spacious kitchen-living area with:
fully equipped kitchen: dishwasher, 4-burner ceramic hob with oven, refrigerator, microwave, electric kettle, coffee machine
extendable box-spring sofa bed for 1–2 additional guests
satellite TV
● Bathroom with:
Shower, toilet, hairdryer, and heated towel rack
● 2 balconies with stunning views
● Free Wi-Fi
● Room safe
Sleeping arrangements are available for up to 6 people (ideally suited for 4–5 guests; with the use of the sofa bed, up to 6 possible).
Bed linen, towels, and dishcloths are provided.
