Delightful.

A brilliant location in Thumersbach, easy to find, easy to park. Ingo was a warm and welcoming host and was there to show us into our apartment. The apartment itself was spacious, light and airy and very comfortable. There is a small supermarket virtually next door and a pleasant cafe just across the small square. Within a 20 minute walk/5 minute drive is the excellent Seecamp restaurant which is highly recommended. It’s an easy drive to get to the cable cars to go to the mountain or the glacier. We highly recommend Appartement Haus Sonne.

الشقة جميلة جدا بعيده عن ازعاج السنتر ومقابلة لبحيرة زيلامسي نظيفة وتوفر بطاقات زيلامسي يوجد بها دورتين مياه أكرمكم الله لها اطلاله جميلة المضيف متجاوب جدا ويرد على جميع الاسفسارات وفيها الامان عالي مايفتح باب العماره إلا بمفتاح شقتك توفر مواقف مجانية عزل الشقق جيد حجم الصالة ممتاز يوجد فيها كنب يتحول إلى سرير يشيل شخصين كانت الشقة كافية لست اشخاص

لايوجد غسالة ملابس وللكن لاينقص من جمال الشقة

Very enjoyable place to stay

The apartment is very big with two bathrooms and a big kitchen. The parking location is very close. The check in was quick and the host was very helpful by providing all the necessary information regarding the house amenities and nearest best supermarkets

I would recommend to add espresso coffee machine for capsules.

Great stay at on lake Zell

Beautiful apartments with beautiful views. All the amenities needed for a family. You receive the Zell Am See Kaprun summer card which grants you free entry to many attractions. Host was very friendly and communicative.

Moderne, sehr gut ausgestattete Wohnung mit großer Terrasse mit Bergblick

Sehr netter Vermieter, der immer gleich auf unsere Anfragen reagiert hat. Tiefgarage war sehr gut. Wir hatten viel Regen und konnten immer trocken ein- und aussteigen. Das Haus hatte einen Aufzug. Kleiner Lebensmittelladen gleich nebenan und mehrere Möglichkeiten zum Essen fußläufig in 1-10 Minuten Entfernung. Auch der See fußläufig erreichbar, hübscher kleiner Ort.

Bis auf die Nächtliche Störung war es ein sehr schöner Aufenthalt

Es war eine sehr schöne Unterkunft und auch sauber. Man hat auch einen schönen Blick auf die Berge. Unmittelbar daneben gibt es ein kleines Einkaufslädchen wo man auch früh seine Brötchen her bekommt. Und zum See/Bad war man zu Fuss in ca. 10 Minuten da.

Nachteil an dem Einkaufslädchen ist leider das ab früh um vier da die Anlieferungen statt finden und man dadurch leider nicht mehr richtig schlafen konnte.

Opravdu musím říci, že jsme byli velmi spokojeni. Pan hostitel byl velmi ochotný a vyšel nám ve všem vstříc. Ubytování je moc pěkné, plně zařízené a funkční se super saunou a krytým soukromým parkovištěm.

Nemám co vytknout (a to se mi nestává tak často :) ).

We had a great stay at this apartment!

We had a great stay at this apartment! The owner was incredibly kind and helpful, and he didn’t mind that we arrived a bit later than planned. The location is perfect – just about a 4-minute walk to the lake where you can swim, and there’s a bus stop nearby. The apartment is right on a small square, where you sometimes find a bit of local entertainment. There’s also a small shop and a little restaurant. This area of Zell am See is not too busy, which we really appreciated – it’s more peaceful and relaxing. Parking is possible both in front of the building and in the garage, which is great, especially when it rains or during thunderstorms. The apartment itself was clean, smelled nice, and had everything we needed. There’s a beautiful terrace with a mountain view. Overall, a wonderful stay – highly recommended!

The only thing to keep in mind is that the wellness area is closed during the summer – I didn’t notice this info on Booking.com, so just good to know in advance.

Truly amazing property, we enjoyed our stay to the full!

Its amazing apartment, with unbelievable view to the mountains through large windows. It has a big terrace where you can have breakfast or dinner together. Its was specious enough for 8 adult people. We specially liked sauna. Top cleanliness!

There are 2 bathrooms in our apartment, in one we could not made warm water for bathing as it was constantly hot. There was another bathroom and we all bathed there. However, we could use toilet and sink.

شقة اجمل من الجمال كل شي فيه حلو ومريح ونطيف اخذت الدور الاول في غرفتين وصالة كبيره فيها كنب على سرير واطلال جميله على المباني والطبيعة وفي ترس كبير وفي له حمامين وفي رجال يستقبل اول ماتوصل طيبوب وفي الرجوع تحطي المفاتح وتمشي طبعاً وفي غرفة الغسيل في الدور تحت الارضي وجنب البقاله وفي حديقة قبال البيت والشقة مسلحه مو كوخ وفي حديقة كبيره وبحيرة تمشي دقايق وتوصلي مافي مطاعم تروحي بالرجول في كافيهات وتروحي السنتر بالسياره 10دقايق او اقل والسنتر في بقاله العرب في له كل شي من والى في مطاعم حلال ومو حلال في عند البحيره في وافل حق واحد سعودي لذيذ لازم تجربوه في النهايه الفندق ماله عيب غير انو يقفلو بدري قبل الساعه 6كلو مقفل والشمس لسه موجوده وطبعا بعد السنتر عند المحطه البنزين والقطار في اسواق كتيره وتعتبر رخيصه بالنسبه لباقي الامكان وفي محل ابو واحد يورو و99هلله وجنبو محلات كتيره ومتنوعه

Wonderful apartment and location and highly recommended!

The apartment house is in a great and pastoral location (the picture does not do it justice). On one side it overlooks the village square and on the other the alpines. There is a small store just beside it which is very convenient and a warm and cozy cafe with fresh pastries baked per order and a delicious meat& cheese platter just across from it. Convenient parking right in front of the house (as well as underground). 5 min. walk to the park and lake. 5 min. drive to Bruck where there are supermarkets, sports stores, etc. The apartment was fully equipped and very clean. We are a family of 5 (3 teenage children) and we stayed in a spacious 3 bedroom apt. on the 3rd floor. It was very comfortable and well kept. Lots of closet space in the rooms, a large dining area, balcony with amazing view, and more. There is a common laundry room with both washing machines and dryers which we made very good use of and even a sauna. Ingo, the manager, was highly responsive, helpful, and very friendly. We received a Summer Card valid for Zell am see-Kaprun which gave us free entrance and discounts for the attractions in the area as well. We had an amazing stay and will definitely return.

We were satisfied with everything. The only thing maybe is that the water pressure in the shower could have been a bit stronger but not a big issue.

La superficie, la proximité de la plage sur le Zeller See et du bateau-navette pour aller à Zell am See même et surtout la vue sur la montagne!

Un petit détail : il n’y a pas de lumière sur le palier du 2ème étage. Quand on rentre de nuit c’est un peu compliqué pour trouver la serrure…

Unser Aufenthalt als Familie ( 5 Personen) im August war sehr angenehm und wir kommen gerne wieder.

Wir waren als Familie in den Somerferien dort. Die Unterkunft ist sauber und gepflegt. Der Vermieter sehr nett und hilfsbereit. Sehr gut war die Lage fußläufig zum Seebad und die inkludierte Sommerkarte, die viele Aktivitäten in der Region kostenlos ermöglicht.

Es gibt von unserer Seite keinen Kritikpunkt.

The apartment was absolutely amazing. Great value for money, extra spacious, clean, amazing views of the mountains and excellent facilities and appliances (kitchen, two bathrooms for three bedrooms, sauna). The village/town is amazing as well - great hiking possibilities around it.

The fridge was a bit small for an apartment for 5 or more people, so just count with that if you plan on cooking.

Short stay

Lots of space for four people. Everything was sparkling clean. As it was low season all the nearby restaurants were closed. Luckily visitor passes were included in the rental so we could use public transportation for free. We also used the passes to get all the way up to Kitzsteinhorn!
