Amazing Apartment!

The apartment is near the lake and has amazing views of mountains from the balcony.😍 Kitchen is equipt with apl you need for cooking. They have laundry room and sauna. I would like to commend Ingo for being always there attend our needs and queries. Plus point is having a Kaprun Card! We'll sure be back again

Delightful.

A brilliant location in Thumersbach, easy to find, easy to park. Ingo was a warm and welcoming host and was there to show us into our apartment. The apartment itself was spacious, light and airy and very comfortable. There is a small supermarket virtually next door and a pleasant cafe just across the small square. Within a 20 minute walk/5 minute drive is the excellent Seecamp restaurant which is highly recommended. It’s an easy drive to get to the cable cars to go to the mountain or the glacier. We highly recommend Appartement Haus Sonne.

Very enjoyable place to stay

The apartment is very big with two bathrooms and a big kitchen. The parking location is very close. The check in was quick and the host was very helpful by providing all the necessary information regarding the house amenities and nearest best supermarkets

I would recommend to add espresso coffee machine for capsules.

Great stay at on lake Zell

Beautiful apartments with beautiful views. All the amenities needed for a family. You receive the Zell Am See Kaprun summer card which grants you free entry to many attractions. Host was very friendly and communicative.

We had a great stay at this apartment!

We had a great stay at this apartment! The owner was incredibly kind and helpful, and he didn’t mind that we arrived a bit later than planned. The location is perfect – just about a 4-minute walk to the lake where you can swim, and there’s a bus stop nearby. The apartment is right on a small square, where you sometimes find a bit of local entertainment. There’s also a small shop and a little restaurant. This area of Zell am See is not too busy, which we really appreciated – it’s more peaceful and relaxing. Parking is possible both in front of the building and in the garage, which is great, especially when it rains or during thunderstorms. The apartment itself was clean, smelled nice, and had everything we needed. There’s a beautiful terrace with a mountain view. Overall, a wonderful stay – highly recommended!

The only thing to keep in mind is that the wellness area is closed during the summer – I didn’t notice this info on Booking.com, so just good to know in advance.

Truly amazing property, we enjoyed our stay to the full!

Its amazing apartment, with unbelievable view to the mountains through large windows. It has a big terrace where you can have breakfast or dinner together. Its was specious enough for 8 adult people. We specially liked sauna. Top cleanliness!

There are 2 bathrooms in our apartment, in one we could not made warm water for bathing as it was constantly hot. There was another bathroom and we all bathed there. However, we could use toilet and sink.

Wonderful apartment and location and highly recommended!

The apartment house is in a great and pastoral location (the picture does not do it justice). On one side it overlooks the village square and on the other the alpines. There is a small store just beside it which is very convenient and a warm and cozy cafe with fresh pastries baked per order and a delicious meat& cheese platter just across from it. Convenient parking right in front of the house (as well as underground). 5 min. walk to the park and lake. 5 min. drive to Bruck where there are supermarkets, sports stores, etc. The apartment was fully equipped and very clean. We are a family of 5 (3 teenage children) and we stayed in a spacious 3 bedroom apt. on the 3rd floor. It was very comfortable and well kept. Lots of closet space in the rooms, a large dining area, balcony with amazing view, and more. There is a common laundry room with both washing machines and dryers which we made very good use of and even a sauna. Ingo, the manager, was highly responsive, helpful, and very friendly. We received a Summer Card valid for Zell am see-Kaprun which gave us free entrance and discounts for the attractions in the area as well. We had an amazing stay and will definitely return.

We were satisfied with everything. The only thing maybe is that the water pressure in the shower could have been a bit stronger but not a big issue.

The apartment was absolutely amazing. Great value for money, extra spacious, clean, amazing views of the mountains and excellent facilities and appliances (kitchen, two bathrooms for three bedrooms, sauna). The village/town is amazing as well - great hiking possibilities around it.

The fridge was a bit small for an apartment for 5 or more people, so just count with that if you plan on cooking.

Short stay

Lots of space for four people. Everything was sparkling clean. As it was low season all the nearby restaurants were closed. Luckily visitor passes were included in the rental so we could use public transportation for free. We also used the passes to get all the way up to Kitzsteinhorn!

The place is great , the view is amazing you can see the mountain and the top mountain ice. The staff a the check in and out is great. The beds are very comfortable and the apartment is super clean good for family with 6. You can find a supermarket and a bakery with nice coffee close by. I will come again

Loved Our Stay in that Apartment

The apartment was spacious and roomy. Light entered it from every angle. Wood floors all over. The kitchen was fully equipped. The apartment had two bathrooms that were prepped with a supply of enough towels, toilet paper, and bin liners. The windows were large and opened in two different ways for safety and air. It was close to the lake crossing collection point. There was a grocery store under the building which made life much easier. A laundry room was available in the basement. Ingo, the landlord, was friendly and helpful, and readily available when you needed him.

There was no lake view. The apartment was close to the lake but not on the lake. That was the only downside to this place, other than that, it was great.

Very nice modern building, quiet area close to everything you need

We loved this spacious apartment with modern equipment and beautiful mountain view. Indeed it was spotlessly cleaned. As well Thumersbach is very convenient location for exploring Zell am See area, quiet little town close to the lake with beautiful swimming pool area and playground. Owner was very accommodating and check-in/out was really easily arranged. We appreciated receiving Summer card too.

Pobyt był rewelacyjny, nie brakowało niczego, kontakt z gospodarzem na 5+, wyposażenie kuchni super (no może przydałby się większy garnek, ale daliśmy radę) zmywarka, przestrzeń w pokojach, garaż podziemny i do tego sauna - apartament rewelacyjny - polecamy. Autobus zabierający narciarzy blisko około 200metrów, podwozi prawie pod wyciąg w Zell am See. Zakochaliśmy się w okolicy Kaprun, Saalbach :) Dziękujemy za wspaniały czas i za widok z okna pokoju ....
