Good location and clean apartment. The accommodation has all the necessary facilities for skiing.

First red flag: she told us two days before, to be there by 8pm for check in (even if that was very inconvenient for us). Otherwise she asked us to cancel the booking. Going further, the host made racist unnecessarry comments. She asked if “in our country” we take our boots upstairs. We just wanted to unpack some clothes. Our privacy was not respected at all. She entered our room in the middle of the night without even knocking or any message, to tell us to be quiet, although we were just talking in our bed. No other guests have complained about the noise other than her. She says she doesn’t live there, but she is there. All the time! When we confronted her, she lied, denying entering our room. She also said that it’s her house and she has the right to do that anyway (we looked it up and it’s illegal). So paying for accommodation doesn’t mean it’s fully yours for that period. I am sure that she will contest this review as well, but you can see for yourself. Two towels where missing, and we payed for each towel separately ( they were in the other bathroom). She was also very aggressive, shouting and trying to intimidate us by speaking to me very closely to my face. Also the quiet hours are from 22 to 8, which is normal. However if you have the courage to enter the property after 10pm, because you stayed a bit late in the city center, she will confront you. I can’t stress enough how much this affected our stay. We felt our privacy was violated, and we were treated very badly, even if we are decent human beings and that we did not do anything outside the rules.

Be prepared to pay a 300 euro (fully refundable) deposit at the beginning of your stay.

The first day, they requested cash payment to complete the payment and asked us to trust them, stating that cash was requested by house rules on booking. We checked it and it was not stated (instead it was clearly stated that visa was accepted). So finally they accepted visa, but the situation made us feel uncomfortable from minute one till we left the apartment.

Location is in the city next to the city centre. Owner was helpful and everything was clean.

I was there during the summer with two children and there was no balcony and no nice view. Accomodation is more for young travellers, who dont need to spend to much time ( bad weather) in. Flat was equipped in retro 80ties, everything was old.

There is no dish washer, maybe it's only thing which miss and wifi doesn't work in apartment but there is living room where wifi works great.

Superb

The staff let me leave my baggage in the basement after I checked out until my train came in the evening. So I didn't have to carry them everywhere in the city until 6 pm! I found this very generous and helpful!😍

Toplocatie, ruim en schoon.

De locatie was echt top! Je liep in een paar minuten zo het centrum in. Het appartement Lukas was ruim (2 slaapkamers en 1 woonkamer), schoon en van alle gemakken voorzien qua keuken.

De bedden waren niet best. Heel zacht, dus je rolde op het 2-persoonsbed iedere keer naar elkaar toe en als de een zich omdraaide, dan had de ander daar last van. Verder was alles top!

Top Lage! Alles sehr leicht zu Fuß erreichbar. Nette Dame am Check In. Sehr unkompliziert.

Die Wände sind sehr sehr dünn, man bekommt das Gefühl die anderen Gäste sitzen bei dir am Sofa.

الاطلالة ليست جميلة والسعر غير مناسب للشقة المطبخ لايوجد به الة صنع القهوة او غسالة صحون والحمام جداً صغير ولايوجد غسالة ملابس .وايضا واحدة من المضيفات هم اثنين وحدة منهم دقت الباب ماسمعناها فتحت الباب علينا وتسألنا عن مظلة لونها اسود ضايعة🧐استغربنا ليه اتصرفت كذا وفتحت الباب علينا 🤨🤨واخذ تأمين 300 يورو لما وصلنا للسكن ،
