The appartment and the house needs renovation

The view and sun at the terrace

House is older than it seems on pictures at Booking.com and is in need for renovation. See pictures. One day we ran out of hot water and texted via WhatsApp to our contact person, the reply came quickly so obvious a well know question: Reply was: “The water is heated overnight, if it is used during the day, the next hot water will be during the night”, so we had to shower in cold water before going to dinner in the evening. And when the boiler heated in the night, starting t 22:00 it was noisy and next to a sleeping room, not good. This is not what you expect for a professional landlord. In the shower the shower arm could not be fixed and was always dropping down. The kitchen to cheap and no power connections above the kitchen table. The fridge extremely noisy, not the best when you have such a small area. See pictures. Overall a bad experience.

the sink in the kitchen was stuck and we could not clean anything in it (or clean the pipes) we could not find ski depot, WiFi did not work

Ferienwohnung in guter Lage und gut ausgestatteter Küche, das Mobiliar sollte erneuert werden.

Sehr gute Lage. Die Fußbodenheizung sorgt für angenehme Wärme. Parkplatz ist ohne zusätzliche Kosten. Die Küche ist sehr gut ausgestattet, auch für das Zubereiten von Speisen.

Die Unterkunft verströmt den Charme der 1990er Jahre. Die Möbel wurden wahrscheinlich in in einem Discounter gekauft und sollten ersetzt werden.

Tolle Lage am Zeller See, schöne Wohung

Tolle Lage am Zeller See, nur ein paar Schritte vom Ufer entfernt. Schöne Wohnung, gut ausgestattet, Parkplatz direkt am Haus. Gleich in der Nähe ist der Anleger für das Boot nach Zell am See, was dank Sommerkarte gratis ist. Gegenüber befindet sich eine kostenlose Badewiese mit Toiletten und gutem Zugang zum See. Im Campingplatz, ebenfalls gegenüber, kann man morgens Brötchen und Croissants kaufen. Uns hat es sehr gut gefallen, wir kommen sicher wieder. Achtung beim Aufdrehen des Warmwasserhahns! Das Wasser kommt kochend heiß aus dem Hahn.

المكان هادئ ومناسب للعائلات، والشقة رقم 3 كانت نوعًا ما واسعة. إذا معكم أطفال، يتوفر غسالة ملابس وبلكونة، والموقع قريب جدًا من بحيرة زيلامسي ويمكن الوصول لها مشيًا على الأقدام. بعيدة عن السنتر لكن بالنسبة لي ما كانت مشكلة. يوجد مطبخ مجهز بالكامل، وموقف سيارة مجاني بالإضافة إلى Summer card توفر عليك صراحه كثير.

الشقة كانت نظيفة، لكن لاحظت وجود بعض الحشرات والعناكب على الجدران والأرض، ربما لأنها في الدور الأرضي. أتمنى من صاحب المكان الاهتمام أكثر بهذا الجانب.

In het gebouw hangt n wat muffe keur,het interieur is echt oudbollig en versleten. De toilet bril was kapot en paste niet echt op de pot heb hem eigenhandig was gezet..Er hingen ide hoeken vh appartement veel spinnenweb.De vuilnis bakken zaten volgepropt.

Der Verkehrslärm (tagsüber) von der Straße was man aber nicht ändern kann.

Leider war die Ausstattung nicht gut gepflegt und teilweise kaputt. Keine Wechselhandtücher, kein funktionierender Staubsauger, Schimmel in der Küche unter dem Waschbecken - trotz Meldung kein Handeln.

Apartment in schöner Lage mit Sauberkeitsproblem in der Küche

Die Lage der Unterkunft ist sehr gut, direkt am See. Von der Terrasse kann man direkt auf die Berge gucken. Zur Bushaltestelle läuft man ca. 150m. Der Skibus kommt regelmäßig. Parkplätze sind direkt an der Unterkunft vorhanden. Die Betten sind bequem und es gibt zwei Toiletten und zwei separate Duschen. Die Badezimmer waren sauber.

Für fünf Personen ist die Wohnung etwas klein. Das Schlafsofa steht in der Küche. Außerdem gibt es in der Küche nur wenig Ausstattung. Es fehlte zum Beispiel ein Toaster. Sämtliches Geschirr in den Schränken war dreckig. Die Spülmaschine funktioniert nicht richtig. Der Backofen und das Backblech waren von den Vormietern sehr verdreckt und ließen sich auch nicht reinigen. Unter den Betten war sehr viel Staub und Socken von den Vormietern. Die Benutzung der Waschmaschine kostet Geld. Wenn das gesamte Haus ausgebucht ist, ist der Skiraum denke ich ziemlich klein. Zudem war das Müllhäuschen ziemlich voll.
