Overall I highly recommend staying in this property.

The apartment was exceptionally clean, warm, and welcoming, with good quality furnishings throughout. The kitchen was very well equipped, and having a washing machine available was a great convenience. We especially appreciated the ski/boot room and drying room, which made our stay even more comfortable. The landlord was helpful and attentive, ensuring everything ran smoothly.

As a family of four, we found it slightly inconvenient that the children were accommodated on a different floor from us. It would have been preferable to have them in a room next door or within the same apartment. However, we understand that this may have been due to availability at the time of booking, and we are not certain whether alternative arrangements were possible.

Appartment on the upper floor was very quiet, clean and cozy, with a nice kitchen and comfy beds. Perfect location, quiet and safe neighbourhood, lovely view of the mountains and Kitzteihorn from the bedrooms and balcony. Covenient layout of the building, ski room with boot dryer, one key to all doors.

Great value for money stay

Haus Vera offers excellent value for money. The apartment was spacious, and we enjoyed a very comfortable 5-night stay with great facilities for cooking, making it feel far more homely than a hotel. Lars is truly the best host you could ask for: extremely helpful, quick to respond to our messages, and attentive to all our needs. The location is fantastic, set in a beautiful and peaceful neighborhood. We actually preferred Zell am See South over the busier, more touristy city center. There are cafés, restaurants, and supermarkets nearby, so you’ll have everything you need, and with the train and bus stops just a few minutes away, getting around is very convenient

We truly enjoyed our stay, but we’d like to share a few suggestions that could make this property outstanding. Some amenities felt limited compared to other places we stayed in Austria. For instance, the property did not provide shampoo, shower gel, or extra trash bags (we were given only one) which was inconvenient given that guests are expected to take out the trash before checkout. Toilet paper supplies were also limited for a long stay like ours. Additionally, the pillows were quite worn, thin, and uncomfortable, and would benefit from replacement. None of these issues were major, but small details like these can significantly enhance the overall guest experience

Fantastic family holiday

Very comfortable, spotless accomodation, situated in a quiet scenic suburb of Zell, a pleasant lake walk or short bus ride into the town. Walking distance to a lake lido, tennis courts, cafe. The summer and travel cards are invaluable. Fantastic family holiday if you love swimming, hiking, biking, tennis, good food. Great relaxed atmosphere everywhere we went.

Absolutely perfect!

Travel with 2 kids. Summer in Zell am See was exciting too! Very close(just 1 stop away by the Lokal train) to zell am see city center. We went to every attractions with buses(660, 71, etc) and Lokal train. Bus and train station is far from the stay just 5~6minutes. I found the City center way too busy but our stay was totally fun and peaceful. Garden was playful by kids and we had our own spacious terrace for summer breakfast and dinner. What i i needed for cooking was fully equipped there like home. And there are both shower cube and bathtub in the bathroom. Everywhere at the accommodation are simple, clean, and also convenient. One of the best part of our stay was my son got the kids motorcycle license. Areitxpress is just 15 minutes walk from Haus Vera. It was a beautiful stay and definitely would come back to stay again plus longer!!

Excellent choice for skiers who want flexibility of ski area

Lovely clean and fully equipped apartment in Schüttdorf. Short walk to ski bus to either Zell am See one way or Areit Express and Kaprun the other. Plenty of bars and restaurants within walking distance and nice cafe very close. Our apartment had a washing machine but there is also one available in the Haus as well as handy boot/ski storage and drying room. Lars the host was very helpful with local information and was around most days.

Great location in quite place and near from city attractions and 5 mins to the lake 👌 the rooms are big enough and the furniture is clean and the kitchen is fully equipped and the toilet has shattaf (شطاف) also, there is a playground for kids in the backyard and a small place inside the building with a lot of toys and games where my 3 ys son really enjoyed his time free car parking is a big advantage as well Big thanks to Mr. Lars for his nice hospitality

Comfortable space, very well-equipped kitchen (loved the waffle iron!), and the summer tourist card provided to the guests was great value for money. Separated toilet from shower was good for couples travelling together. Reasonable walking distance to the lake and town nearby.

Curtain in shower was unpleasant when it stuck to wet skin.

Abbiamo affittato per alcuni giorni l’appartamento con 3 camere da letto al primo piano; tutto molto confortevole: camere, bagno, cucina attrezzata con lavastoviglie e microonde, abbiamo apprezzato anche il lungo balcone con diva netti e tavolini. Pulizia impeccabile. Al piano terreno disponibile la lavanderia. C’è anche una parte di giardino con tavolo in legno a disposizione di tutti e alcuni giochi per bambini. Lars, il proprietario gentilissimo e disponibile ad ogni nostra richiesta. Ci ha fornito al card Zell am see che consente di usufruire di molte cose gratuitamente (funivia, ingresso vari,…); a nome di Haus Vera è possibile affittare le bici da Brundl Sports a prezzi scontati. La casa si trova in posizione molto tranquilla, anche se la ferrovia è molto vicina, non si sentono rumori; a 2 passi c’è una panetteria molto fornita aperta solo al mattino con dolci, pane fresco e un angolo caffetteria.

اولا مافي تكييف بس وقت حجزنا كان الجو بارد في شهر جون . ثانيا كنا حاجزين غرفتين نوم و كنا نتوقع تكون فيه غرفة معيشة بس طلع مافي صالة اللي فيه مطبخ و طاولة اكل داخله لكن كانت مناسبة لنا
