The apartment was warm , clean, reasonable rate and comfortable with good location to ski lift.

I had sent a text to the number supplied to me prior to arrival… no response . I had to ring the number on arrival for response.

We enjoyed this as our base for a ski holiday.

We really enjoyed our stay at this apartment. It was really centrally located, yet quiet. You could walk to one of the ski lifts in like 8 minutes. Or you could take the ski bus almost right infront of the door, which also goes to the Kaprun life in like 15 minutes. The wifi was great, and we really liked that they had a lot of channels on the TV, both for cartoons for kids but also BBC and Aljezera for news. Amazing apres ski bar almost right across from the place, but yet far enough away that there is no noise. Also the Asian restaurant next door was great!

It smelled a little in the bathroom generally. Slightly loud from other apartments.

Great location, only a few minutes drive to the ski lifts and to the main city centre. Also is only just around the corner from local grocery shops which was super handy! Very clean and spacious apartment, big balcony with cute little view, comfortable beds, lots of wardrobe storage, and a kitchen full of amenities/cutlery/plates/etc. Great basic ski room to leave ski’s/boots to dry, and a dedicated car space were amazing! Easy self check-in and amazing communication with the host!

Location was great, really close to ski lift and bars and town of schutdorf. Easy to get to Zell am See and Kaprun by bus. Shower was great. Kitchen too. Bedroom 2 is a bit hot but Erika the host said it was just that room and said they’d get a fan. This would fix it. Erika was very nice and helpful.

Some building work going on opposite starting at 7am but not Sigl’s fault.

Zell am See ist wunderschön, aber der Geruch des Apartments machte einen Aufenthalt fast unmöglich

Die Lage war super und der Stil der Jnterkunft war sehr schön.

Das Appartment hat während meines gesamten Aufenthalts unfassbar stark nach Abfluss/Gulli gestunken, kaum auszuhalten - im Zimmer stand bei Anreise noch die Duftsprayflasche. Auch die Dame die mich ins Zimmer gelassen hat, hat den Geruch bemerkt aber es nicht mehr weiter thematisiert. Ich dachte es geht während Aufenthalt weg, doch trotz Benutzung weiterhin vorhanden. Da ich bei meiner Tochter zu Besuch war, konnte ich ein paar Tage (3-4 von 8 Nächten) bei meiner Tochter auf der Couch schlafen, um dem Geruch zu entkommen. Sauberkeit hielt sich leider auch in Grenzen. Es war noch Kaffeesatz in den Tassen von den vormietern zu finden, Toilette war schmutzig,… Allerdings der größte negative Punkt war, dass ich trotz Bezahlung der Ortstaxe und Mobilitätskarte KEINE Gästekarte und auch KEINE mobilitätskarte erhalten habe, obwohl diese mir bei Bezahlung zusteht! Ich musste den Vermieter aufklären, dass seine Gäste einen Anspruch darauf haben. Er hat gesagt er kümmert sich darum habe aber bis zum Abreisentag nichts mehr erhalten. Ich bin mit dem Zug angereist, somit war ich nur mit Bus oder zu Fuß mobil - resultierte natürlich in hohe Buskosten während meines Aufenthaltes, trotz Anspruch auf Mobilitätskarte, mit welcher ich kostenfrei fahren könnte. Sehr sehr ärgerlich, war ein weiterer negativer Beigeschmack!

Eigentlich eine TOP-Location, aber der Gestank war wirklich sehr störend - LEIDER!!!

Grunds. eine TOP Unterkunft... Hauseingang versperrt LIFT sehr schönes App. große Dusche großer Balkon SEEEHR SAUBER Der eigene!! Parkplatz vor dem Eingang Kellerabteil für Fahrrad Wlan hat super funktioniert aber nat. gibt es auch einige "Kleinigkeiten" die einem schl.endl. nicht gefallen...

... DER ERBÄRMLICHE GESTANK IM BADEZIMMER, der sich im laufe der Zeit im ganzen App. verbreitet hat, selbst nach stundenlang eingeschalteter Lüftung nicht verbessert! Erst durch Frischluft in der NAcht wurde es im App. besser, Im Badezimmer blieb der Gestank während der ganzen 5 Tage, echt GRAUSIG - schade um dieses tolle App.!!! und die Kleinigkeiten! ... das es am Balkon nicht mal eine Möglichkeit (z.B.Haken) gibt, etwas aufzuhängen, ... das der Fernseher im SZ überhaupt nicht funktioniert hat und der im WZ immer wieder ausgefallen ist! ... das die Lichtschalter etwas unkoordinierbar und fast keine Steckdosen im WZ waren ... der Lärm in der Nachbarschaft - Küchenlärm im Lokal gegenüber, Straßenlärm ect... wie gesagt, bis auf diesen wirklich starken Geruch/Gestank sind es Kleinigkeiten...
