Very cramped and slightly overpriced for the accommodation. Also no air conditioning in the place.

Quiet area, very nice and helpful owner, warm

Location (far from nice cafes, skibus etc) very bad furniture, the beds were falling apart, the linnen were from cheap polyester, pillows were horrible, curtains were broken and not closing, shower cabine was broken and not opening, microwave was by the ceiling and not opening, very small room for 3 people, there were wet linnen left in the washing machine for the duration of our stay.

The kitchen was decent, good equipment and oven available. The smaller bed was good. Both a washing machine and dryer in the bathroom as well, very practical. Location was okay, better for winter then summer

The two-person bed had a few broken support beams and felt like it was going to fall apart any second. It is quite a small space, so maybe it is a bit small for 5 persons.

Great place to stay when visiting Kaprun and Zell am See region

Perfect size for a young family on budget. Everything looked new and it has all equipment you need during your holiday. Location was great for us with many shops within walking distance.

Bedding was too warm (winter duvet in summer). Strange smell (maybe freshly painted?)

Asunto tuntui hieman ahtaasti kalustettu. Ylimääräiset tuolit voisivat olla pinottavissa pois tieltä, ja ruokapöytä olisi voinut olla kevyempi ja muunneltavissa, esimerkiksi klaffipöytä. The apartment felt a bit cramped with furniture. For example, it would have been good to be able to stack the extra chairs out of the way, and the dining table could have been lighter and more adaptable, such as a drop-leaf table.

Fijne vakantie met bij smaak

Duidelijke mail voor aankomst. Bedden waren netjes opgemaakt. Appartement ligt dicht bij de piste/gondel op 5 min wandelen. Grote uitgebreide keuken wat je niet veel ziet in een klein appartement. Wifi werkte prima, zeker met kids erg fijn. Wasmachine en droger heb je ook nog tot je beschikking. Bakker en supermarkten zijn ook dichtbij je appartement te vinden op 2 a 3 min lopen. Locatie is dus prima.

Zonder het teveel af te willen kraken, want dat zou ook weer niet terecht zijn. Hadden we bij binnenkomst wel 2 gevoelens. De bedden waren netjes opgemaakt en met een stapeltje handdoeken erop zag dat zoals we het in Oostenrijk gewend zijn netjes uit. Maar bij binnenkomst waren er ook een aantal punten die we niet gewend zijn in Oostenrijk (zeker al 25x op verschillende plaatsen geweest) In de hal deedt de verlichting het niet (dat is wel te overzien) maar bij binnenkomst in de woon/slaapkamer kregen we dat andere gevoel. Daar waren er lamellen uit en/of gekreukt en was de bevestiging aan 1 kant van de muur eruit, waardoor hij scheef hing en niet gebruikt kon worden. (Wel handig dat je ze 's avonds dicht kan doen, aangezien je in dezelfde ruimte slaapt en het appartement op de begaande grond ligt langs de straat) Een kast waar de deur scheef van hing, waardoor hij moeilijk open of dicht ging. In de badkamer was er een scheur in de wasbak en het planchet was weg. Alleen de beugels nog half in de wand. Douchedeur die niet makkelijk meer open of dicht ging. Leek het alsof vorige huurders, niet fatsoenlijk waren omgegaan met het appartement. Gelukkig heb ik standaard in m'n auto wat gereedschap en klein klus materiaal bij me waardoor we het meeste weer voor nood konden repareren en dat het niet noodzakelijk was dat daar iemand voor ons gelijk voor kwam. Maar doordat de bedden zo opgemaakt waren en de rest schoon was (Dus iemand van de schoonmaak geweest was voordat wij kwamen) mag je er toch vanuit gaan dat iemand dat doorgeeft en het voor aankomst van de volgende huurders opgelost wordt. En als je er nu veel of weinig voor het huren van iets betaald moet niet uitmaken. Vandaar dat de beoordeling van onze kant lager is dan het had kunnen zijn. Hopelijk dat het voor de volgende huurders allemaal is opgelost, dan heb je voor de rest een goed appartement daar.
