Quiet and spacious location

We had a wonderful stay! The host was incredibly welcoming, even picking us up from the bus stop and showing us to the apartment. The room was spacious, quiet, and had plenty of storage for our clothes—perfect for a comfortable stay. We also appreciated the sauna, which was available upon request. When we had a small pipe leak in the bathroom, it was impressively handled on the same day. The location was great, just a 12-minute walk to the ski bus stop.

Can’t think of much to improve—the only small suggestion would be to have two pillows per person for extra comfort. Otherwise, everything was perfect!

The host met us at train station and drove to the apartment, as well as took us to train station on departure. Highly appreciated! The apartment had everything we needed, very clean and comfortable. In calm area and easy to reach (7-10 minutes-walk) anything you need.

Good

The flat is comfortable, and the view from the balcony is gorgeous. The kitchenette is very well-equipped, and you can cook a meal without any problem. There are several supermarkets a 10-15min walk away, as well as a good bakery and banks. The walk to the centre of Zell am See runs along the lake and is also very beautiful. It was great to be able to store our boots and skis safely, and the flat was very warm and cosy, despite how cold it was when we stayed.

It is worth bearing in mind that if you need to carry your skis/boots by foot (i.e. you don't have a car or have not reserved a place at a depot), it is a 20 minute walk to the lift. It would have been great to have received the information about the best place to hire skis for comfort before booking, as the host seemed quite surprised when we had not booked with whom she expected. Definitely ask before if you would like some help in this regard! There was a mix-up at check-in, for which the host was very apologetic. We understood the situation, thus it was not a problem. We had arranged far in advance to arrive later than the specified check-in time, and we had believed the host was fine about this as we had correspondence the day of arrival. She brought it up when the mix-up occurred, which was a little unfair as she had said it was okay. We put it down to 'heat of the moment'. The pillows are not comfortable. Worth bringing your own if you are particular about such things! Tall people may also struggle with the low ceiling.

Perfect location, centrale located for trips, close with some restaurants, shops, bus, arient express and the lake. Nice appartment. The owner was very helpfull and friendly. Enough parking place. Good value for money.

The host is a pushy woman, her mother the old woman is nice and cute. The place is super dated but has all you need and a beautifull vieuw!

Great, spacious and peaceful location with lovely owners

It was a short walk to the closest lift and in a peaceful location. We were provided bread rolls every morning to start the day. There is a supermarket neat by so we purchased stuff to add to the bread and made our own breakfast and sometimes dinners so save a bit of money.

Prachtig ruim appartement, schoon en zeer compleet. We verbleven in appartement Brigitte, alles zag er uit als nieuw. Het appartement ligt in een rustige buitenwijk van Zell am See waarvandaan alles goed bereikbaar is. De gastvrouw Brigitte is zeer toegewijd en geeft uitgebreide uitleg van wandelingen en activiteiten in de omgeving.

Nagyon meg voltunk elégedve!

Nagyon szuper apartman, jól felszerelt, tiszta, csendes helyen van. Parkolási lehetőség is kiváló! Kerékpárokat éjjszakára fedett helyen el tudtuk zárni. Tökéletes, ajánlom! Mi még visszatérünk!
