Worn apartment, poor service and 200euro deposit in cash

Location was good - close to Spar and few restaurants. There is a parking spot. Deposit of 200euro cash for this apartment is ridiculous. The apartment is very worn - mattresses were old and we can feel all springs. Towels were thin, there is no tiny bar of soap. The windows were broken. Toilet flush was also broken. The check out was agreed at 8am and we were waiting 30min before the lady came to return my deposit. In one of the days, two repair men show up at the apartment at 7.30am asking for access while we were not even aware they were supposed to come. Overall, I would not recommend - our friends stayed in much better places at the same price.

Clean and comfortable with lots of hot water

The location was exactly where we wanted, close to the Areit Express and close enough to travel into Zell. The property is a little dated, but we could see this from the photos and is reflected in the very good price. We were out all day every day so just wanted somewhere comfortable to sleep with plenty of hot water. Apartment Haus Grani has this and was really clean. We were very happy with it, all things considered.

The property could do with a fresh lick of paint and the toilet flush needs repair.

ideal appartment situated close to as well as the skilift as to the lake

it was easy to contact the host, she was nearby so therefore we didnt have to wait long to enter the facility. After a brief intro we were stellted in.

Superb

The location of the apartment was great and quite. Also the park place in front of the house was very comfortable. We apprised a dish machine and full equipment kitchen. Towels were available too.

Very good

The apartament is really comfy and it has a nice terrace from where you can enjoy the mountain view. The lake is quite close from the location so you can take a walk to the town center in the evenings. Also, the kitchen is well equipped so you can cook the meals there. There are a lot of supermarkets in the area, but I would recommend Merkur( in the h&m building) if you're pedestrians. Kaprun is 20 minutes by car, and there is also a bus that drives you to the cable cars (660, it has a stop next to h&m building).

Pay attenion to the fact that you gotta leave a damage deposit of 200€, that you will get back when leaving.we didn't pay attention to this information when booking. Also, ask for the original garbage cottage key, cause the one we got did not work properly. Aaaand pay attention to the apartament s door. The handle seemed to go down.

Ligger 900 m til skiliften og 600 m til skibukser.

Wir haben etwas günstigeres Ausgesucht und somit war es bis auf die Mängeln O.K.

Betreuerin war sehr nett und Hilfsbereit. Einige Supermärkte in der Nähe und nur wenig Durchzugsverkehr. Gut für Tagesausflüge.

Die Einrichtung im 2te Schlafzimmer hat bessere Tage gesehen die Schubladefronten lösen sich. das Backrohr war nicht befestigt. Mülltrennung nur möglich mit Zusätzliche Sackerln.

Im ganzen war es ok, man darf nicht so anspruchsvoll sein. Kleine Reparaturen wären erforderlich, so wie ausmalen etc.
