Property is very much clean and got lot of facilities. Very much comfortable and also close to the Zell am See Lake.

Property owner is harsh and she has her own rules. Caution deposit of 250€ needs to be paid at the property. This information is not available at the time of booking the apartment. Of course she has given this information one day before our stay but it's too late considering the fact that the apartment got no free cancellation. She is so rude when I have asked her to show this information under property policies in booking.com website. It's not that I don't want to pay but my point is its a must to add this type of informations under property policies so that we can check and book accordingly. Except this, we had really a nice stay. On the other side, she helped us to find the second parking slot for the car as we travelled in two cars and there is only one designated parking place. Thanks for that.

There are plenty of buses and taxi's in the area, which are all really friendly and helpful. The location is very quiet, in a residential area, which really suited us.

Spacious bedrooms - we were 3 ladies and had one room each (sofa bed in lounge).

The shower/corner bath. Property Information says ‘hot tub’ which is not the case - the corner bath is a jacuzzi (which we did not use). The property is in Zell am See Sud so a car is needed for the town and slopes.

Doporučuji pro partu kamarádů i rodinu

Pěkné ubytování pro více lidí. Oddělené ložnice s možností přespání i v kuchyni. Kompletně vybavený apartmán, bez nutnosti brát si s sebou další vybavení. Zajímavě řešené designové doplňky (malby apod.). Určitě bych se rád vrátil.

Starší poničené pánve. Asi by to chtělo občas jejich obnovu. Kuchyňská linka také staršího data, ale funkční. Pouze se člověk bojí, aby mu občas nezůstala některá dvířka v ruce :). Dále některé kávovary nefunkční. Jinak vše v pořádku.

Auch wenn das Appartment schon etwas älter ist, hat es unsere Erwartungen erfüllt. Wir (8 Männer für die Ski-WM) durften die Wohnung in einem sehr sauberen Zustand übernehmen. Es hat alles was es braucht von Küche bis Bad.

Der Komfort des Schlafsofas in der Küche könnte optmiert werden. (Schlafplätze 7&8) Schade um die Meinungsverschiedenheit beim "abgeben". Trotzdem alles in Ordnung. Danke dafür.
