Chalet Gloria - Doppel- und Mehrbettzimmer

Alles mit Ankommen und Abfahren hat sehr gut geklappt. Das Haus ist sehr schön und sehr sauber. Man kann sehr gut am Esszimmer essen. Die Küche ist komplett ausgestattet. Ein Plus dazu: es gibt einen sehr schönen Balkon, in dem man sich entspannen und vielleicht eine Siesta machen kann. Die Stadt sieht idilisch aus und man kann schöne Naturfotos machen. Diese Unterkunft ist unbedingt zu empfehlen.

Uns als vierköpfige Familie mit zwei kleine Kinder hat die Sauberkeit und Wärme im Haus sehr gefallen. Wir fanden die Betten sehr sehr bequem und genug Platz für alle. Die Küche hatte komplette Ausstattung zum kochen. Vom Geschirr, Töpfe, Tassen, Backöfen usw. Mega Parkplatz draussen, privat im Hoff, nicht an der öffentlicher Strasse. Sehr ruhige Lage. Wir kommen auf jeden Fall nochmal.

The location is very convenient, close to Zell am See and well placed for starting a drive toward Grossglockner. The private parking in the yard was especially important to me as a motorcyclist. The shared bathroom and kitchen were acceptable.

Unfortunately, the negative points affected the stay much more. The towels had a strong sour smell, as if they had not been dried properly, and they were unpleasant to use. The internet did not work at all. The check-in process was also very complicated. You must join a video call with the owner, who explains step by step how to enter the property. If you do not have mobile internet at that moment, you may have a serious problem because nobody is there to welcome you in person. The apartment was very hot, and there was no air conditioning. The mattresses were also very uncomfortable, which made it difficult to sleep properly. Overall, the location is good, but the poor towels, unavailable internet, difficult check-in process, uncomfortable mattresses, and heat made the stay disappointing.
