Amazing

Location was fantastic, in apartment was everything you need when you go for trip with friends includig light cooking, everything was clean and bed sheets and towels were ready for us. For ski trip as we had, skibus stop in really close and you can go both directions to two monster ski areals, in basement you can find area for skies and snowboards including warming machines for boots. All was greate we would love to come back, and I would really recommend this accomodation.

Maybe TV could be bigger - but we were visiting during olympics :-D other time we wouldn´t probably care. In four day we weren´t able to found proper program for dishwasher.

Nice stay

Location was perfect for us, close to everywhere for ours trips. Lovely views from balcony. Parking place. Communication from host about important things (arrival, stay, registration ) was good (via booking, phone calls, in person).

Kitchen equipment was just right for 3 people.

Large rooms, basically smaller studio apartments with all the necessary facilities like a kitchenette, bathroom and bedrooms.

The parking situation is not very accommodating to larger vehicles. One small spot per apartment, fitting for a normal car but not an SUV or a camper. Not very well cleaned but overall not bad.

I have claustrophobia, and was with family "2 kids", I was given very small place with no proper windows or enough air flow. I asked the host to change my place as the property had some other free rooms, but he refused my request despite explaining to him the situation. I then left the property even though I reserved and paid for the 3 nights but I only stayed for 1 night and left the property the second day.

However, I found the balconies a bit unsafe, especially for children or older guests. Also, the bathroom had an unexpected step, and I accidentally hurt my foot on it.

Exceptional

Great experience in this cute, typical Austrian, super clean apartment. The view from the balcony is amazing. The apartment had a kitchenette with the basic things one might need ( cutlery glasses, cooking area etc) There is a restaurant and a supermarket just 50 m down the road. Communication with the host was flawless. The lady was super kind to accept out later check-in ( for a fee, of course) and to provide us with info for the area.

Good value accomodation with basic equipment, next to main road.

Room/Apartment had everything what I needed. Since I was on bike trip and alone I needed only basic things. I liked lot of space to store bikes and equipment.

Basic problem of this accomodation is that it is next to main road with lot of traffic. I knew that and used earplugs, it was ok. But I would not go there with family/kids. Man that waited for me with keys did not speak english a lot, but we were able to communicate basic things.

Poor

Hosts don't speak English and are quite hard to have a conversation with. The room I received was quite dirty. The add on booking says there is a kitchen, but this is not allowed to be used by guests from smaller rooms. Location was hard to get to after 19 or so cause buses stoped going. All in all I would recommend spending your money on another place.

Very friendly staff, clean room Bus stop 3 mins down the road Supermarket 8 mins away And train station also pretty close. Easy to get around Pinzgau with the summer mobility card too.

Walls can be a bit thin especially with loudly speaking neighbours.

You get what you pay for. Cheap, not great, but satisfying. Great location next to the ski bus stop with 5 minutes ride to the resort. Convenient parking, ski and ski boots storage with heating.

not a happy stay unfortunately, we left after 1 night as we could not relax in this accommodation.

How noisy the apartment is, it is right on the main road, which is busy with cars and lorries at all times of the day. You cannot relax and sit on the balcony as it is so loud and you cannot open the windows or doors as it is so noisy which is not great when it is hot!

Two few dishes in the room, we had to run half empty dishwasher twice a day because we simply run out of everything. Only one set of room keys. Two would be useful given the fact that there are often more than one group on skiing trip.

Great stay, comfortable and clean.

The apartment is clean, comfortable and everything you look for a great stay in the area. The owner is a very nice lady, communicative and kind. We loved our stay at the apartment. So much so we even requested an extension :) The views were amazing, the town of zell am see is nearby to hangout or get food. Everything is at walking distance or by public transport or car. Although we would highly discourage a car specially in summer and daytime. The traffic in the city is disappointing. The checkin and checkout was comfortable even if it was after hours. Will definitely come back if I'm the area.

The WiFi speed and connection was very poor and also cell phone data was very poor reception. So couldn't work or search anything in the room. I suggest getting a WiFi extender, maybe that helps. Also one side of the bed squeaked a lil, so if you are a light sleeper or one that moves a lot, might be tuff.

Det var ikke noget der var meget godt så jeg ved ikke lige havd jeg skulle pointere. Køkknet var okay udstyret men ellers var resten ret så middelmådigt.

Værten kunne ikke engelsk og var genrelt dårlig til at komunikere og havde ingen fokus på at give gæsten en god oplevelse . Vand trykket i vandhanen var meget lavt og i ski rummet var det kun den ene støvlevarmer der virkede og var samtdigt også blokeret

Lage und Preis für einen kurzen Skiurlaub von 3 Tagen

Wir dachten der (vergleichsweise) niedrige Preis käme daher, dass das Haus direkt an der Hauptverkehrsachse liegt. Allerdings haben wir ein Haus vorgefunden, in das seit Jahrzehnten nicht ein Euro investiert wurde. Die Folge: Grobe Sicherheitsmängel durch Renovierungsstau und nicht fachmännische Instandhaltungsmaßnahmen. Dazu die unverschämte Gastgeberin, die dem Gast mit ausgedachten Anschuldigungen und in einer Art hinterhertelefoniert, dass man sich nur wundern kann. Eine frühmorgendliche Rauchwarnung (Info am Abend durch Vermieterin im Rahmen ihres Anrufs) kam nicht in unserer Wohnung an. Es hat sie auch niemand vor Ort überprüft. Was wäre gewesen, wenn es tatsächlich gebrannt hätte? Weitere Kritik: Ausstattung Küche / Geschirr sehr schlecht ausgestattet. Winzige Gläser, keine Weingläser, keine Müslischüsseln, keine Schüsseln etc. Steckdosen teilweise nicht befestigt. Es stank ekelig ranzig im Schlafzimmer. Der Geruch ging auch durch viel Lüften nicht weg. Fazit: Hände weg! Es ist eine Sache, auf der günstigeren Seite unterzukommen und Abschläge im Komfort in Kauf zu nehmen - eine andere, dafür in ein baufälliges Haus zu gehen und sein Leben zu riskieren.

Dvoulůžko relativně tvrdé na spaní. Jednotlivé postele měly zase měkké proleželé matrace.
