Accommodation description:
What a beautiful location this is. The mountain road curves higher and higher, leading you to this detached holiday home at the end of the road. Peace, space and privacy are assured. The sun is turning around the house through the day for you to endlessly enjoy the beautiful mountain panorama from the terrace. The large downstairs kitchen is fully equipped. This leaves the living room on the first floor for relaxing, or a maybe a game of table tennis in the playroom?
The location is very central in both summer and winter. In a few minutes by car, you can be in the popular ski area of Zell am See, Kaprun or the snow-sure glacier of the Kitzsteinhorn (3029m). In summer too, the area offers many opportunities for golfing, hiking, swimming or cycling. In short, the ideal exclusive location, all in atmosphere, to enjoy a well-deserved holiday!"
The chalet is easily accessible via a mountain road, the last 200 metres of which are unpaved and steep. Although the road is always cleared of snow in winter, it is compulsory to put on snow chains at the bottom (near the church). If uncertain, it is wise to ask the caretaker about this
Charging an e-car at the accommodation is not possible and not allowed. Should you nevertheless charge your car illegally, the house owner/manager may, without discussion, hold you responsible for any damage and charge a fine
Access the house you have to go through 200 meter of unpaved road
Because of the peace and quiet and possible neighbours, noise nuisance after 22:00 hour is not allowed/prohibited in this holiday home
Includes a mandatory mobility levy. This entitles you to the Guest Mobility Ticket for unlimited travel on regional public transport
It is strictly forbidden to organise any student party, bachelor party or drinking party in this house

The chalet is well located overlooking the valley and mountains with a nice sun terrace. It is ideal to explore the region for walking/hiking and Salzburg too ( use the P&R). The newly launched electric lake cruiser is a nice 50minute trip around lake Zell.The chalet is somewhat dated in parts having been a family home and has had some upgrades but needs more modernisation in the hallway, the two smaller bedrooms and the bathroom at the back upstairs. The main bedroom double glazing of the french doors needs replacing as they are dirty due to likely broken seals which spoils the lovely view. The owners were very helpful in arranging a plumber to fix the kitchen sink drain and we were grateful to them to provide 2x tall fans to help with the 30C weather. The chalet has a washing machine but could really do with a dryer too as the only place to dry is outside on a portable drying rack which is not really satisfactory for such a large chalet and if the weather is not warm.The neighbour is very friendly and you just have to respect his property that you pass close by to access the chalet.
