Defenitly don't recommend going there

Ok location

Bad host: charging us 33 EUR for a missing bed lamp, which they suspect us having taken with us. Which of course we didn't take. So they simply deduct this money from the deposit you had to pay upfront. Other than this the apartment is outdated, badly maintained and with a very distgusting smell in the corridor from the restaurant next door.

Wonderful apartment in the heart of Kaprun

The location of the apartment is wonderful and perfect,near the bus stop, with supermarkets and restaurants nearby. The apartment has everything you need for a perfect holiday (equipped kitchen, dishwasher,balcony,etc). The owner was very responsive and well intended. For us with a 4 year old girl and an infant it was a perfect stay.

A little bit noisy from the restaurant downstairs ( when was the closing time) but that didn't affect us.

Superb

Conveniently located, comfortable spatious apartment with views of the mountains. Good restaurant on the ground floor of the building.

Rather erratic and confusing communication with the property management in the days prior to our arrival . But we were told improvement in this respect is in the making. Our thanks to Barbra for saving the situation:-)

Lovely apartment with gorgeous views

Location is good, close to ski bus and not a long walk to a cki lift. close to resturants, bars and the supermarket. We enjoyed Zucchini which was attached to the apartment.

Stairs in the apartment are a bit steep, probably not suitable for families with small children.

Skiing holiday with teens and young children and granny. Comfortable stay.

The appartment was spacious and well equiped for cooking in. Dinning and relaxing areas were comfortable for 6. It was close to town and ski bus. Great view over the mountains. Lots of books and games in our apparment.

There was only one roll of toilet paper per bathroom and no hand soap. I would have thought a resort would provide these. The undercroft car park would be challenging in slippery weather and a large vehical. There was outside parking available as well but well used. Although easily contacted by phone there was no one close at hand which would have been nice given there was a firealarm. Bathmats for the showers would have been nice.

Von Anfanfg an: Schlüsselübergabe total easy mit Schlüsselkasten und Zahlenschloss. Das Auto in die Tiefgarage auf großen Parkplatz. Wohnung im 1. OG - unten 2 Schlafzimmer + Bad, oben (Maisonette) große Wohnküche, großer schöner Balkon, Badezimmer und 1 Schlafzi.Küche mit Geschirrspüler + WaMa, viel Ausstattung. Trennwand Bad bei Gelegenheit mal reparieren😁. Lage Top: 2 Minuten zum Bus und 1 Station zur Talstation Kaprun ( wir sind 1 x gelaufen - mit Skiern. Auch kein Problem...
