النظافه و خصوصاً ان الحمامات فيها هوز ( شطاف ) وكثرة الاسره والاطلاله حلوه الموظفين ماعجبوني الا واحد الي هو الاشقر اليكس خدوم ولطيف جداً

الصاله صغيره طاولة الطعام اكبر منها ولا يوجد تكييف والتأمين قالو لنا اول ماتسوي تسجيل الخروج يرجع بس اخذ يوم كامل على مارجع

الشقة قديمة جدًا ولا يوجد بها مصعد، مما صعّب علينا حمل الحقائب. لا يوجد تكييف، ويوجد حمام واحد فقط لشقة مكونة من غرفتي نوم، وهذا كان غير مريح. عند وصولنا، وجدنا خيوط عنكبوت و الحشرات وبقايا أوساخ في الغرفة، وكان ذلك مزعجًا. أغطية السرير كانت قديمة وممزقة ومتسخة، والوسائد مسطحة ومهترئة. طوال فترة إقامتنا (4 ليالٍ) لم يتم تنظيف الشقة أبدًا، وطلبت منهم التنظيف أكثر من مرة لكن دون جدوى، وحتى القمامة لم تُجمع واضطررنا لإخراجها بأنفسنا. الصور الموجودة في موقع الحجز كانت مختلفة كثيرًا عن الواقع. حاولنا إلغاء الحجز لكن طلبنا لم يُقبل.

God pris og tæt på centrum. Var næppe luksus som de kalder sig, det var lidt slidt. Men det var en god pris og fint til enkelte overnatninger.

- Ligger lige overfor en fabrik med en del larm - mørkt lille værelse - køkken var meget dårligt udstyret. Gav ingen mening at have en opvasker, når der kun er så få ting i køkkkent at man alligevel skal vaske op i hånden - spindelsvæv i kanten af seng og loft. - billeder ligner ikke virkeligheden, det er pænt slidt

Alles super 🙌 Für die Küche ausreichend Utensilien vorhanden. Schlafzimmer gut, Wohnzimmer zwar groß aber wenig Platz zum Sitzen, Esstisch vorhanden, Platz für ca 10 Personen.

Es könnte bisschen mehr geputzt werden. Dusche WC und fast alle Zimmer staubig am Boden.

Quería comunicarles que, si bien la habitación asignada está en buen estado y es funcional, no se corresponde con lo que se anunciaba en su página web en el momento de la reserva. En concreto, la habitación está situada en una planta baja, no dispone de balcón y las ventanas dan directamente a una calle con un edificio muy próximo. Esto obliga a mantener las cortinas cerradas durante toda la estancia para preservar la intimidad, lo que afecta negativamente a la luminosidad y comodidad esperadas. Agradecería que revisaran esta discrepancia y, si fuera posible, me ofrecieran una solución o una habitación que se ajuste mejor a la descripción publicada.

Die Lage war in Ordnung. Der Rezeptionist war freundlich und Hilfsbereit. Bettwäsche war schön.

Bei der Buchung ging ich davon aus, dass wir in ein Charlet ziehen oder in einem ein Zimmer beziehen. Bezogen haben wir eine Wohnung/Zimmer. Die Wände waren beschmiert und angemalt. Die Bettwäsche hat unangenehm gerochen, im Bad war die Dusche halb sauber.

Jediné plus z ubytovania bola kúpeľňa a sympatický recepčný. Ináč neodporúčam.

Lokalita bola OK. Na lokalite Kaprun nie je čo pokaziť, vďaka mestečku jeho polohe a prírode.

Neskonalá špina. Každý kus riadu sme si museli extra umyť. Prach na skriniach, väčšina nefungujúcich okien, resp. roliet. Špinavý luster. priestor medzi posteľou a skriňou ca.40 cm. Nočný stolík chýbal. Takéto ubytovanie som v Rakúsku a ani na Kaprune za 30 rokov ešte nevidel a nezažil. Z kuchynského vybavenia chýbala napr. naberačka na polievku a nože boli nefunkčné! Malý počet parkovacích miest. Označenie LUXURY je výsmech a hanba.

الكوخ جميل جدا والغرف واسعه والإطلالة على النهر روعه. كل شي حلو فيه ومريح جدا . إذا رجعت كابرون اكيد بسكن في نفس المكان

ماحبيت ان كان في قمامه مستخدمه من قبل ولم يتم ازالتها. وفي غرفة نوم كان بعد في شي مستخدم من المستأجرين اللي قبل (ربطة شعر) لم يتم ازالته . بس عطيت الموظفين هذه الملاحظه وتقبلوها واعتذروا من هالشي.

Great experience

The staff was extremely helpful. We had to arrive and leave outside of check-in/check-out times and staff was very in accommodating our requirements. The place is very beautiful, clean and has good quality of furniture. The location is also perfect, close to everything even though the town is small. The town itself is so beautiful and organised with mountain activities for all kind of ages and interests.

Some rooms with the bunk beds have poor ventilation even when keeping the window open( based on location). Advise to take your own bed sheet.

The staff are not kind enough and rude in responding to clarifications . There are flats at the middle of the property. These are really bad as has no balcony so you can’t enjoy the good weather . In addition, these flats as there are at the middle ; exposed to noise of people coming in and out especially that windows has to be open as there is no AC

he hosts were exceptionally generous, they treated us well, the rooms were well equipped, the location is very close to all the attractions and routes in the area. Everything we wanted they helped us. An excellent place with an attitude that you don't see every day. All the staff were there to help, very nice. We were really happy to return to the house every day, it was very relaxing. Lots of showers, good balcony, comfortable beds.
