Superb

After my arrival I needed to do some rearrangements with my booking and the help I received on the reception was superb! I would come back anytime! The bed was comfortable, the bathroom was renovated and hi-tech, the heating system was also super-modern. The surroundings was silent for me.

The reception staff was very nice and helpful, the location of the hotel is great.

The beds were not comfortable at all - there were planks missing from the bed base, the pillows were a joke. The lights had no strength at all, they are very weak.

The apartment was exactly as indicated on the pictures, but it was a bit underutilized to make/have breakfast with 6 persons (small kitchen, very small table). However, the owner told us, this would be improved in the near future.

Beatiful geusthouse, friendly hosts. Good fascilities. Close to centre and skilift.

Pam and Ben are very friendly an super hosts! The room was very clean and comfortabel. The location is super for walking and skieing. Skibus diwn the road. On walking distance to the centre of Kaprun and skilift. There are two good restaurants in the same street.

Nothing. The bathroom is completly renovated and they wil renovate the kitchinette this year.

Heerlijke plek op een goede locatie.

Goed appartement met alles erop en eraan. Ruime kamer en een fijne keuken en badkamer. Alles wat je nodig hebt was er te vinden.

Het internet deed het niet. De naam was niet te vinden in de wifi lijst, kwam niet overeen met de te vinden wifi namen.
