Great spot for a ski trip - modern, clean and warm

It was very clean and modern. Really enjoyed the shared facilities, ski depot room and sauna. The host was very friendly and helped with what was needed.

It is clear that the electric induction was removed some time ago - but it was not that clear from the ad itself. So we brought our own portable induction. There is ventilation for it and the host was fine with us using it.

It was awful

Don’t go there!!! The apartment was so dirty, it was clear that they didn’t changed the sheets it had hair and bugs everywhere. There was not stuff and they put us on the ground floor right next to the cars. Just awful. We asked them if we can change the room and they lied and didn’t help. All the information is in Arabic , not even English.

Comfortable and well equipped family unit in Kaprun

Comfortable unit for a small family (up to two kids). Unit was pretty small but very well equipped- there was even an air-condition at the unit (pretty rare in this area) which was highly needed due to an extreme hot weather. In addition there is a shared laundry room at the facility. Finally - we received the Zell am see Kaprun sommer card at the beginning of our stay which saved us a lot of expenses.

Unit was a bit small - kids had to sleep on a sofabed in the kitchen.

Great apartment which could be perfect with a few minor changes.

The apartment was spotlessly clean and modern. It is in a quiet location but only 10 minutes’ walk to town. Parking was right out front. I was very pleased to find 2 hairdryers (one in each bathroom) and a Smart TV in the living room and each bedroom. The bathrooms are fantastic, great showers and plenty of hot water. The kitchen is well equipped (but does not have an oven). During our stay we asked for a few things and our contact Florian responded quickly.

Gaining access was difficult as there was no one on site when we arrived. Eventually contact was made and we were given a code to enter reception. Once in reception we had been sent a code and a video to obtain the key. However, I would have preferred paper instructions rather than being sent a video which gobbled up my phone's data allowance. We found no instruction books in the apartment and struggled to turn on the heating and use the microwave. Preparing meals in the kitchen is a little tricky as there is very little workspace available, I would not recommend this kitchen if you intend to prepare family meals. The lighting in the living room is 'all or nothing' - either all lights on or none at all. A couple of lamps would be a great addition.

Clean and comfortable, staff very helpful easy check-in and out and free parking.

Expect some bugs because of the surrounding green areas , anyway i would like the A.C in one of the room extra although the living room have one . Other than that it was very good stay the kitchen is fully setup with all you needs the same for bathroom.
