Very nice place, clean, convenient, was great for group of 3 adults and 3 children
It took almost a week to explain to the management that the price we paid through booking is final and we only owed the city tax ( 61 euros). They kept requesting an additional 400+ euros for summer cards, even though it wasn't written anywhere, ( on their website it said " summer cards are included"). By the way, there were no summer cards in the house anyway ( and we didn't need them). Also they requested 800 euro " deposit ", which wasn't listed in booking. So, be careful, make sure you know what you are paying for and you know your rights! I wish I wouldn't have to exchange the messages with Vera every day until I submitted an official complaint to Booking.com. But the house itself was great!

Besonders gefallen hat uns die Ausstattung, die Sauberkeit und die Raumaufteilung im Haus. Ein tolles Extra ist hier die eigene Sauna. Des Weiteren bietet das Haus einen wunderschönen Ausblick und man ist schnell zu Fuß im Zentrum von Kaprun. Wir können die Unterkunft sehr empfehlen und werden selbst auch wieder buchen.
