Perfect for a group, helpful staff and beautiful apartment.

We had a lovely stay in the apartment, and it was perfect for our parties needs. We were a group of mixed abilities and budgets so having a lovely apartment to come back to for lunch/a rest was brilliant. We cooked in the apartment two nights, to save eating out and this was great. It was well equipped and had everything we needed. The two shower rooms meant that it was quick for everyone to shower and warm up after a long day on the slopes, and two toilets also helped. The location was perfect, nice and close to restaurants, bars, ski shops/hire and the main lift. Petra was absolutely brilliant, she organised us taxis, helped with buses and was always on hand.

We ate in the hotel restaurant one evening and felt that was a little bit overpriced for what it was. It is also noted as a ski to door property, however it wasn't due to the lack of snow, not the hotels fault by any means!

great family ski trip

Great location for skiing, town centre and bus routes, the ski room was great. The apartment was modern, clean and spacious and sauna was great.

some basic things missing like scissors, toaster, wooden spoons for cooking and oven trays/ casserole dish which you would need if self catering. It would be useful to have info about the bins, towel changes and the sauna operation times in a manual, however Petra was always on hand and quick to reply to questions.

Relaxing and convenient, with everything you need for a mountain holiday!

Location was fab, apartment was very spacious and boot room was great. Loved that you can park right outside and access to Taurn Spa was great addition.

My only criticism is the lack of info. Would be good if there was an information back with codes and instructions. We weren’t told what to do with rubbish/where bins were. Would have been nice to know how to book the restaurant and if we could have gone there for breakfast. Instructions for the sauna and help with the local area.

We had a great time staying in this pricey but excellent apartment, well managed by great hosts.

The accomodation was excellent in the center of the town. We especially liked the Sauna inside the appartment!

Even considering all the positives the appartment is very pricey. May be it is because of the period of the year we went there (Summer - school holidays) but still is one of the most expensive places in town.

Very enjoyable vacation in Kaprun! We'll be back!

No breakfast, but we had a kitchen so we cooked ourselves, it was perfect. We enjoyed the property immensely, the private sauna was fantastic after a day of skiing!

I wish the restaurant had been open as it looked delicious but we knew ahead of time and it did not matter, great restaurants in town!

Great location, near to the center and the Maiskogelbahn station. The appartment is spacy, very tidy with well equipped kitchen. Good restaurant with terrace on the rooftop.

كانت تجربتي في هذا المكان مخيبة للآمال للغاية، وأثارت العديد من المخاوف المتعلقة بالأمان، والنظافة، والاحترافية في التعامل. في البداية، طُلب مني تحديد وقت الوصول بدقة مبالغ فيها، وتعرضت لعدة أسئلة غير ضرورية وغير مريحة قبل تسجيل الوصول. كما تم التواصل معي من قبل الفندق خارج منصة الحجز الرسمية، وهو تصرف غير مهني إطلاقًا. بالإضافة إلى ذلك، تمت محاولة تعديل تفاصيل الحجز بطريقة قد تؤدي إلى دفع رسوم إضافية، وهو ما وجدته تضليليًا وغير نزيه. لا يوجد مصعد، واضطررت إلى حمل أمتعتي بنفسي إلى الأدوار العلوية دون وجود أي مساعدة، وهو أمر غير مقبول في منشأة تُقدَّم على أنها فندقية. واحدة من أخطر النقاط التي واجهتها هي وجود بار على سطح المبنى، يستخدم نفس مدخل الشقق السكنية، مما يُهدد خصوصية وسلامة النزلاء. في إحدى الليالي، قابلت شخصًا في حالة غير طبيعية نازلًا من البار، يتجول في ممر الشقق بشكل مرتبك، وتوجه نحوي بطريقة مقلقة بحثًا عن المخرج. كانت تجربة مخيفة وغير مقبولة إطلاقًا. إضاءة الممرات تعتمد على مستشعرات حركة، لكنها تعمل بشكل غير فعّال، حيث تنطفئ بشكل مفاجئ وتترك الممرات مظلمة تمامًا. لا توجد كاميرات مراقبة داخلية في هذه الممرات، بل توجد فقط كاميرا خارجية عند المدخل، مما زاد شعوري بعدم الأمان. الأثاث داخل الشقة قديم ومتهالك، والمرتبة والمفارش بدت وكأنها لم تُستبدل أو تُنظف بعد مغادرة النزيل السابق، مما أثار لديّ شكوكًا جدية بشأن مستوى النظافة. أما أكثر النقاط إزعاجًا فهي أن النزلاء يُطلب منهم إخراج النفايات بأنفسهم، ولكن ليس إلى مكان خارجي مخصص، بل إلى غرفة داخل المبنى مخصصة للنفايات، كانت متسخة للغاية، مليئة بالحشرات، وذات رائحة كريهة. هذا الوضع لا يليق إطلاقًا بمنشأة سكنية محترمة. بشكل عام، شعرت بعدم الأمان، وعدم الراحة، وخيبة أمل كبيرة. كانت التجربة أقل بكثير من أدنى التوقعات. أدعو الإدارة بجدية إلى أخذ هذا التقييم بعين الاعتبار، واتخاذ إجراءات فورية لتحسين مستوى الأمان والنظافة والشفافية في التعامل . My experience at this property was deeply disappointing and raised multiple concerns regarding safety, hygiene, and professionalism.
