The hosts were very nice and helpful. The appartment was comfy and big enough for our family of 4. Good location, near bus stop and 5 min walk to the center.

Best appartment in Kaprun

It was a great stay and after beeing in Kaprun 10+ times already, I have to say that me, my wife and our children have found Art Apart Nomay the best appartment accomodation in Kaprun. The appartment is nice designed, spatious and more than well-equippend - there are also such things as e.g. electrical mixer which is only very rarely available in appartment accomodations. What I have to express, is the cleanliness of the accomodation - my wife, who is hard to please about cleanliness, rates it 11 out of 10. The accomodation is located near centre of Kaprun, and just 2 minutes walk to skibus stop. Last but not least - the owners are friendly, willing and really helpful.

Gorgeous art apartment

Comfortable and cozy stay, beautiful art apartment, you get to know the hosts that are great people. Very clean facilities. I will say that the coach in the living room is relatively small to sleep on, maybe for a shorter person is quite good.

I recently had the pleasure of residing in an apartment that flawlessly blends an ideal location with ample space. This outstanding living space exceeded my expectations in every way. The location is unbeatable, with easy access to grocery stores, restaurants, cafes, and parks. Public transportation options are conveniently close by, making commuting a breeze. The apartment itself is incredibly spacious, with an open floor plan that seamlessly integrates the living room, dining area, and kitchen. The bedrooms are roomy, filled with natural light, and offer plenty of closet space. The apartment's design is thoughtful and functional, with modern appliances in the kitchen and stylish fixtures in the bathrooms.

Perfect location. One min form bus stop to Kitz. Realy nice host. Fully recommended to spend few days on the slope.

Exceptional

Bed was super comfortable. Hosts were very responsive and treating us in the best way possible. Kitchen was equipped with more than what you need. Location and area of the house were perfect 😊 just 10 min away by foot from Maiskogel gondola. There was a bus station 1 minute away from the house.

Wash machine not available , same bad cover for 11 nights no change, no body cleaning apartment, not available hot water sometimes, check in from 4 to 8 pm, and check out before 10 am as owner said they need time to clean and give it to others. Elec

Best apartment in Kaprun to stay!

The apartment was super clean just like brand new with all the equipments you need in the kitchen and toilet (also Shattaf), I highly recommend it to families, the place is excellent and very safe and there are dedicated parking spaces for the apartment, the owner Petra and her husband were very friendly and super helpful, she helped us to retrieve my sister’s wallet that was lost while we were shopping in Zell Am See.

Best stay ever

Here you have everything you need to feel like home. Towels, linen, hair dryer, TV, WIFI, fully equipped kitchen, great view of Kitzsteinhorn, nice neighborhood and good restaurants. Bus stop 2 min walk, Kaprun-Zell am See Sommercard included, super nice landlords and a very modern apartment. What else do you need for a pleasant stay? 😉

Erg fijn en schoon verblijf voor gezinnen op wintersport vakantie.

Wij hebben hier een week verbleven met twee gezinnen op wintersport vakantie. Het appartement was erg netjes en schoon. De locatie was top en gratis parkeren voor de deur. Opladen van elektrische auto was ook voor de deur mogelijk tegen schappelijke tarieven. De eigenaren waren enorm vriendelijk en behulpzaam. We kregen halverwege de week schone handdoeken en tips wat we in de omgeving konden doen. Kortom, echt een aanrader!

Als ik echt iets moet verzinnen... De douche had geen scherm / gordijn waardoor de vloer nogal nat kon worden.

Jedziesz do Kaprun, koniecznie zostań u Petry

Bardzo wygodny i przestronny apartament położony w spokojnej części Kaprun. Przytulnie urządzone pokoje i piękne dekoracje umilały nam sylwestrowy pobyt. Właściciele bardzo pomocni, zwłaszcza Petra, która jest niczym anioł czuwający, abyś czuł się komfortowo i miło. Bardzo dobry kontakt z gospodarzami, którzy udzielają wskazówek dotyczących okolicy. Blisko apartamentu jest sklep spożywczy, przystanek skibusa i wypożyczalnia sprzętu narciarskiego. Przy wejściu do budynku jest świetna ogrzewana narciarnia. Kuchnia wyposażona we wszystko co jest potrzebne. Polecam serdecznie i chętnie wrócimy.

اقامة مريحة وجميلة

الشقة كانت جميلة مريحة ونظيفة، الاطلالة من البلكونة على الجبل والطبيعة الخضراء ، الاثاث جديد، جميع ادوات المطبخ متوفرة وكذلك ثلاجة وميكرويف وغسالة صحون وفرن. يوجد شطاف غسيل في الحمامات، يوجد مواقف للسيارات مجانية امام السكن. الشفة تقع وسط بلدة كابرون الهادئة والجميلة وقريبة من النهر ومن سبوبرماركت بيلا ومطعم عربي، تسجيل الدخول والخروج يكون عن طريق التواصل مع صاحبة المبنى السيدة بيترا وهي انسانة متعاونة وبشوشة وفي قمة الاخلاق والرقي.

للأسف لا يوجد تكييف في الشقة فخلال فترة الصيف يكون الجو حار في كابرون وفتح الشبابيك للتهوية لا يكفي لكن صاحبة الشقة وفرة مراوح تفي بالغرض لحد ما.

لولا اختلاف الأذواق لبارت السلع

استأجرت شقه 3 غرف ب 2500 ريال كل ليلة تقريبا .مانتبهت اثناء حجزي وطلعت شقه ارضية مدخلها مباشرة مع موقف السيارات ومنعزل عن مدخل الشقق الرئيسي . . . الشقة ربما تكون كويسه لواحد معه مقعد او كبير سن . بس بالنسبه لي ما ناسبتني . اخذت من عندهم بطاقة زيلامسي الصيفية.

السعر مبالغ جدا فيه وكذلك رسوم التنظيف مبالغ فيها كذلك .
