By the accommodation with wlan, PC and free internet usage, this is a beautiful and luxurious apartment, 3 minute walk from the centre of Kaprun. The living room is equipped with fireplace and flat screen TV, the kitchen is very large and has a dishwasher, stove with oven and microwave, while 4 bedrooms and 3 en suite bathrooms with WC. Furthermore, there is a large bathroom with infrared sauna and whirlpool. A guest toilet also exists. Ski room with ski shoe dryer, cleaning chamber with washing machine and dryer (can be used free of charge).

Our apartment was spacious and clean. Amazing views from the terrace. Plenty of parking and a great swimming pool. The Stubai valley is spectacular and the card enables you access to the cable cars etc which was great. It’s quite a drive out of Innsbruck.

Spotlessly clean large apartment in centre of Kaprun. Easy walk to the ski bus and a little further to the lifts. Parking right outside the apartment excellent communication with the owner who met us at the door although it has a keycode. Everything was first rate and we enjoyed the added luxury of the sauna. Would highly recomend

We stayed with two families and many children for our skiing vacaction in this appartment. It is a very spacious and cozy appartment and especially suitable for larger groups as it has separate bath rooms for every bed room and a very well equipped kitchen. The location is perfect with the skiing area in walking distance. The host is very nice, helpful and communication was perfect. Nothing left to say, we'd like to come back at any time.

We’ve just come back from a week skiing in Kaprun. The apartment was excellent and exceeded our expectations!Good central location, easy walk to the village shops, bars and restaurants. Short walk to the ski bus stop.The apartment was perfect for our needs. We had 5 adults and 3 children. 4 bedrooms, 3 with en suites, together with a separate bathroom, sauna and toilet. Ski storage and boot heaters near the door.The open plan lounge, diner, kitchen was ideal for us making evening meals for adults and children. A large fridge freezer, together with good other appliances such as dishwasher; washing machine and tumble dryer (in a separate room).Erwin was a really helpful and friendly host, meeting us on arrival and showing us around and ensuring we settled in, and checked we were happy a couple of days in.All in all, couldn’t have been more impressed and thoroughly recommend. Thanks Erwin!

Heerlijke skiweek gehad met 8 volwassenen en 2 kinderen. Zeer hulpvaardige host Erwin, die ons altijd hulpvaardig ter zijde stond. Al met al heel professioneel en zeker voor herhaling vatbaar. Skiliften vlakbij en gletscher op 4 km. Top! Superweek!

Die Ferienwohnung ist einfach nur zu empfehlen. Sehr sauber, super gemütlich und modern eingerichtet. Man kann sich dort nur wohl fühlen. Wir waren mit 9 Erwachsenen und 2 Hunden dort und allen hat es super gefallen. Selten so eine liebvoll eingerichtete Ferienwohnung gesehen. Kommen gerne wieder.

Ich könnte alles wiederholen was vorab positives geschrieben wurde! Derzeit sind leider sehr viel Bauvorhaben um die Ferienwohnung herum. Ich denke, das diese zur Wintersaison 2019/2020 abgeschlossen sind und das es dann um das Objekt wieder etwas ruhiger und entspannter wird. Lieber Vermieter weiter so! 💪

Als Gruppe mit 8 Erw. und 2 Kindern haben wir eine riesige Ferienwohnung aufgefunden, in der man sich fast verlaufen kann ;) Die Wohnung ist super ausgestattet mit einen sehr großen Aufenthaltsraum, Kamin, Sauna, Skitrockenraum, Waschmaschine, Trockner, einer super modernen Küche uvm.. Die Lage im Herzen Kapruns war für uns super. Mit wenigen Schritten erreicht man Supermarkt, Sportgeschäfte, Bäcker und die Lifte. Die Abstimmung mit dem Vermieter hat von Beginn an super funktioniert, man musste meist keine 5 Minuten auf eine Antwort warten. Alles in allem: Jederzeit wieder. :)

Uitstekende ligging! Heel ruim en verzorgd appartement!Heel vriendelijke eigenaar. Skibus stopt op enkele meters van de deur, winkels op wandelafstand. Wij hebben onze auto tijdens ons verblijf niet gebruikt. Eén minpunt de vaatwas en kookvuur hebben hun beste tijd wel gehad...

Tolle, schöne,große und helle Ferienwohung mit guter Ausstattung und viel Platz. Besonders schön ist das jedes Doppelzimmer ein eigenes Bad hat. Großer Skiraum, Sauna und Whirlpool-Badewanne. Einziger Wermutstropfen der Backofen und das Kochfeld, die könnten von besserer Qualität sein. Aber so wie ich den Vermieter verstanden habe, soll die Küche eh renoviert werden. Ansonsten alles super, durchaus zu empfehlen die Wohung.

Wir waren in der Faschingswoche 2017 mit vier Erwachsenen, vier Kindern und zwei großen Hunden im Appartement Sylvie. Trotz absolut zentraler Lage an der Hauptstraße war vom Urlaubstrubel nichts zu merken, da sämtliche Räume sowie die Terrasse und der Garten nach hinten liegen. Unsere Erwartungen wurden voll und ganz erfüllt, sodass wir gerne für das nächste Jahr gleich vorgebucht hätten. Leider war das Appartement für 2018 aber schon ausgebucht.
