Terrible value for money. Got put in the basement with view of garbage bins.

Good facilities

Terrible value for money. We got put in a cold dark room with view of garbage bins instead of mountains. It was smaller than what we had booked with no alternative provided. Add the noise and hefty price, which made for a disastrous family stay.

Unforgettable experience, with exceptional staff!

The newly refurbished apartments are wonderfully equipped, clean and very spacious - staff are absolutely exceptional, especially Raydel who is incredible - he truly made our stay memorable and went above and beyond any and all expectations! The spa ceremonies performed by Raydel are a one of a kind and truly exceptional! Location is pretty good, as the bus stop is only a short walk away and busses regularly run to Kitzsteinhorn or Zell depending on what side of the road you stand! It's a little way out of the main centre of Kaprun, however as the bus stop is close you can choose to walk or catch the bus a couple of stops - Kaprun is a good base if you enjoy skiing mixed with relaxation in the evenings as you have nearby access to Kitz which offers some of the best and most consistent skiing conditions in the area. Thank you to all the staff and especially Raydel at Carpe Solem Kaprun, for making our stay truly wonderful!

A couple aspects are missing from the spa, for example, the Turkish bath/haman downstairs isn't very effective, it's neither hot nor particularly humid - from my perspective it feels as though the adults upstairs spa area could benefit from a small salt room and it's own haman in place of the "relaxation area" behind the utilities cupboard as it feels as though there's too much relaxation space (or there was when we were there) - this would turn the adults spa area from amazing to world class - especially given Raydel's wonderful ceremonies and energy!

Amazing hotel!

We were four of us and booked two family room apartments and each of the apartment was different and both of them were amazing! Very luxury and fully equipped and they were huge! Sauna was also amazing. We have been only to the adult sauna. There was a great experience there at specific hours during the day so ask for more information because it worths it!! The environment there was also amazing! The breakfast was really nice with many options to choose from and everything was very tasty. Last but not least the bar area was perfect for a cozy night at the hotel after skiing all day. The staff there was very accommodating; on the day of our arrival Marcus and Alberto came and helped us open the door since we arrived very late and then they served us drinks even that it was late! In general all the hotel staff was really nice, including the reception staff, the staff at breakfast and the cleaners. The hotel was 12 minutes walking from the centre and there was a bus passing almost outside the hotel going to the town and to different gondolas in Kaprun and Zell am see.

The infinity pool was outside without any connection with the hotel so it was a bit cold to get to the pool and then out of the pool. The towels of the sauna were not included at the price of the room so every time you needed a clean towel they would charge you. Usually for hygienic reasons you should be changing your sauna towel at least after each sauna session since it is full of sweat so it’s the first time that they don’t have clean towels at the sauna area for everyone to change their towels.

Нові апартаменти, є усе кухонне приладдя до дрібниць, а також: посудомийна машина, духовка, мікрохвильовка та плита. Поруч супермаркет Billa. Ми проживали сімʼєю з 4-х осіб, було досить комфортно. Є двіСПА зони: лише для дорослих з теплим басейном на даху та загального доступу з 2-ма басейнами: для найменших, інший не дуже великий, але можна поплавати та 4 сауни та бані. Дуже гарні кімнати відпочинку після СПА! Є дитяча кімната та ігрова кімната для підлітків, які гарно обладнані! Наявна лижна кімната. Поруч центр та зупинки лижних автобусів. Все чудово!

Відсутність рушників та халатів у зонах СПА. Є можливість отримати це все за долаткову плату на рецепції, але для такого рівня готелю це виглядає дивно та викликає дискомфорт. Люди в рушниках з номерів ходять по коридору в СПА. Відсутність капців в номерах, відсутність косметичних засобів у номері.

Čudovit apartma, popolnoma nov, z vso opremo za kuhanje. Kuhinja ima do potankosti čisto vse kar porebuješ, kot doma. Odlična povezava do smučišč ki so res blizu. Vse je bilo popolno.

Wyjątkowy czas w pięknym miejscu- prawdziwy relaks i dobra zabawa.

Hotel świeżo po remoncie, wszystko w doskonałym stanie. Dogodna lokalizacja dla narciarzy- przystanek skibusa pod samym hotelem. Wspaniała strefa wellness- obszerna sauna, świetnie wyposażona silownia, dwa niewielkie baseny.

W wyposażeniu kuchni w apartamencie brakowało mi deski do krojenia i sitka-durszlaka do odcedzania makaronu. Syna narzekał na brak tostera :)
