Beautiful

The location is good, 10 mins to the slopes. The view from the balcony is stunning. The furniture and design of the house are cozy and modern. We used the full kitchen and it didnt lack anything for cooking. There are enough parking spots for all rooms at once, and there is a storage shack outside for our skis/mtb. You can start the sauna heating from the app and unlock your door. The owners were very quick to answer through Whatsapp and they gave us a little present before leaving in the outside post box.

The check in process was a bit annoying, needing an app to enter the building. We also found that the bathrooms were separated, one had the shower and a sink, the other had the toilet, and we felt like this wasnt enough toilet seats for 5 people

Luxury on a perfectly quiet and central location.

Amazing luxury apartment, very spacious. Owners are very friendly. They even sent my forgotten shoes home by mail. Location in between Zell am Zee and Kaprun is ideal, quiet and amazing views.

No negative items I can think of.

New place, all was in high quality and decorated with good taste - a one can see that people invested a lot of thought in designing this place. Location was superb for traveling in West Salzburg region

Location

Besides the price was expensive, alot of items in the room were not free like the coffee and detergent. This is a self checkin room hence you might need to consider if you have a family with you. Make sure that you book the right apartment (ground, 1st or 2nd floor). It makes a difference with the bugs or if you have lots of luggage.

Nice and clean house. Very well equiped in the kitchen and 2 TV. Washmachine. Furniture on the terasse. It was even radio in the shower. Good shower. Good beds. Nice surroundings. Great place.

Nothing actually. Maybe I missed a microwave and a real freezer. It was only a freezer box in the fridge. A strange thing for us was that the toilet was separated from shower and handwash. You needed to go to next door. The house is pretty close to a bigger road so you could hear the traffic on the terasse, but not inside the house. The keyless house was a bit complicated and you need to download an app to get in. But it worked out. For electricity you need to enter info in the app.

Die Unterkunft von Alexandra und Christoph war wirklich unglaublich! Ab der ersten Sekunde ist man sofort begeistert von der Wohnung. Das Ambiente in der Wohnung ist sehr gemütlich und der Gesamteindruck extrem hochwertig. Man merkt, dass in diesem Haus wirklich an alles gedacht wurde. Alexandra und Christoph waren tolle Gastgeber und waren bei kleinen Problemchen sofort erreichbar. Alles in allem vermutlich die beste Unterkunft in der wir je waren. Selbst 10 Punkte sind hier zu wenig. Besondere Highlights waren die Sauna, die großen Terrassen und der offene Wohn-/Essbereich. Alles in allem ein klasse Erlebnis, das seinen Preis auf jeden Fall wert war.

Es ist ein wunderschönes Apartment mit einer tollen Lage ,zwar nicht zentral sondern etwas außerhalb aber dafür auch viel ruhiger !!!

Die riesige Spinne die unter dem Bett her kam ;) aber das ist etwas worauf man keinen Einfluss hat !!

We hebben echt een heerlijke vakantie gehad en dat kwam zeker door dit appartement!

Wat een comfort en luxe in het appartement! En alles was zo netjes en schoon! Alles klopte gewoon. Mooie ruime slaapkamers en badkamers. De keuken was van alle gemakken voorzien. Ik kwam misschien een beetje werkruimte te kort als je voor 10 personen staat te koken, maar goed dan maar een beetje improviseren. De sauna was heerlijk! Erg fijn dat er een broodjesservice was. Bij aankomst, met kerst en met het weggaan hebben we aardige attenties gekregen. Het contact met de beheerders verliep via app. Dat is tegenwoordige tijd prima, maar had het ook wel leuk gevonden als je even direct contact hebt, misschien bij het ophalen van de toeristenbelasting of zo. Alle uitleg van hoe alles werkt staat in een app dus makkelijk om iets terug te lezen.

Om dan toch iets te verzinnen; er had van mij misschien wat meer kerstdecoratie in het appartement zelf aanwezig mogen zijn ;-)

דירה מעולה ומאובזרת. הסאונה במקום הייתה בונוס שמשדרג את המקום. הכל מאוד אסטטי ומעוצב בטוב טעם. מהחלון יש נוף יפה לפסגות המושלגות. מיקום מצוין לטיולים באזור כולל הפארק הלאומי הוהא טאורן. המארחים נענו לכל פניותינו במהירות.

ubytovani si hraje na luxus, ktery je naprosto nefunkci, na toaletě kde si chcete umýt ruce teče jen studená voda, šetří na hloupostech, u umyvadla v koupelne tece voda slabe aby usetrili a nikdo moc neprotocil. Topení si nemůžete nastavit, kdyz jsme napsali majiteli napsal nam ze teplota je v apartmanu dobra a ze nam to zvedne o jeden stupen. V luxusnim ubytovani dbaji na to aby klient byl spokojen a mel maximalni pohodli jak on chce. Nesetri se na hloupostech. Sauna naprosto nefunkcni, funguje od 15-21:30, prijdete v 15h abyste si saunu na ovladacim tabletu pustili, sauna se za chvilku zase vypne, protoze kazdych 15min se vas to pta jestli jste si jisti ze se zvysila teplota a ze uz je v suane 50stupnu. Takze 1,5hod hlidate aby se sauna nevipinala, vyhrala jak ma byt a porad vam to rika ze je tam moc teplo at potvrdite ze o tom vite. Nekomfortni zakaznika to jen otravi. Chci prijit pustit sauna a vedet ze 45min bude vytopena a mohu se saunovat. Porad Vam pisou abyste zhasinali. Proste otravne, pokud si objednate ubytovani, nechcete resit nejaka svetla a topeni, když chci mit proste teplo chci si zatopit, saunu chci mit vytopenou a neresit na nefunkcnim tabletu abych musel kazdych 15minut kontrolovat jestli se vytapeni nevypnulo. Setrilek co chce provozovat moderni ubytovani. Psi jsou povoleny ale majitel Vam napise ze pes nikdy nesmi zustat na pokoji sam. A podobne otravne narizeni, ale zaplatit chce 15EUR za noc za psa. Pak Vam pise abyste centralnim vypinacem vypinali svetla. Proste otravne a za tuto cenu to nemate zapotrebi. Setrilek, ktery chce prodavat draze, ale hlavne aby nikdo nesvitil o minutu dyl nebo sauna nebyla zapnuta o 20min dele atd. Nedoporuciji
