Amazing place in Kaprun

The location and the view over Kaprun and mountains are amazing. The apartment was well equipped and very clean. A nice furniture and a spacious dining room. We enjoined very much staying there for a week. The Hotel is 300m away from the ski piste. Our host was nice and friendly, very helpful when needed (even if we did't meet them in person).

We had a very stressful neighbor (lady) who would come knocking on our door every day and tell us that we were talking too loudly and that our children could be heard playing and laughing. Even though it was 6:00 PM or 10:00 PM, she was always at our door and also at the door of other neighbors, to make observations that she could hear us all. I should mention that we didn't have parties and we didn't have music, we just sat around the table in a civilized manner and talked. It seems that the walls are not very well insulated, although we didn't have a problem hearing children crying or people talking next to us. What can I say, bad luck for us :)

Johann: 3 bathrooms but don't use them at the same time!

Epic views, well equipped kitchen with a small bar. Friendly hosts and easy keycard pickup. We had a great experience spoiled by a large amount of small things

This review is about the penthouse apartment for many people. 1 door card for a 12 bed apartment is a challenge for sure. Why are there 3 bathrooms if there's not enough water pressure to use 2 of them at the same time? The toilet didn't flush with enough water and waste was floating on top so we had to flush 3-4 times with extra paper to get rid of it. Fire alarm went off after making breakfast with no reason. Waste separation guide would have been nice for non-austrian guests. There was not enough seats in the main area for all of us, chairs needed to be moved around even at occupancy of 9. Lighting and switches were confusing there were at least 8 light switches that didn't do anything and lighting was not well done. Some places too bright some places too dark. The pictures don't tell the whole story about all the beds. There are random beds in corridors and the living room loft. There's just 3 bedrooms, 2 of them having bunk beds and double. There should be more places to hang ski clothes instead of wardrobes. Barely enough space for that with the occupancy of 9, let alone full.

Beautiful apartment with stunning view and pool

The property was very clean and very well equipped. The beds were comfortable and the view from the property is stunning. The pool was amazing to have! A real treat. It’s a lovely property and very convenient. Lots of space in the flat for 4.

The lights in the bathroom were by a sensor. The light only stayed on for a minute and didn’t reach the shower. So when in the shower the lights would go off and you had to open the shower door and wave your arms around. The shower door was also a little bit broken (the seal) so the floor for very wet. It would be handy to have another mirror outside the bathroom and some hooks around the bedroom.

Superb

Very lovely accommodation, cosy, clean and woth wonderful view. Also, almost no people were there so we enjoy a lot of privacy.

Only in one appartment (Thomas) the insulation in shower is poorly made and water was all over the floor. Also, I would appreciatr more towels which can be used separately for sauna and separately for shower.

Exceptional

Room was a studio and has a lot in it! Small-ish ensuite bathroom, towels and mats provided, hair dryer with diffuser. Kitchen is equipped for self-catering: induction hob stove top, large tall fridge-freezer, microwave oven, pots and pans, knives and forks, chopping knife, veggie strainer, cooking bowls, bottle opener, no dishwasher though washing up liquid and washing up cloths provided. Kettle and Nespresso machine with pods and some teas, though no food like salt or pepper provided. Bed and pillows were comfy and enough additional layers to be warm. Open wardrobe provided and two arm chairs for lounging (or draping your clothes over). Dining table and chairs for eating breakfast/dinner. Impressively warm room considering we could not find any heaters or thermostats in the room, maybe it's well insulated? Window that opens, and door to balcony that opens. Sauna and cold shower room on the ground floor - we used it every single day - lush.

Room need to have / or sauna room needs to have extra towels. The room came with one set of towels, and because we didn't want to make the towel sweaty in the sauna room, so didn't use one and sat on the wood in our swimmers. Then we were told to please use a towel in the sauna. We would use one but we don't want to dry ourselves with a sweaty sauna towel each day. More towels for sauna please!

The view was amazing! We went with our dog for a long weekend and everything worked quite well. The check in was easy, the appartment was very cleaned, well renovated with good taste and the host was very responsive as well. Thanks for taking dogs, was nice also to see Kikas playing with Noah from guests from another apartment. Good atmosphere 😊

Superb

The room itself was spacious and impeccably clean; large bed with a very comfy mattress; kitchen (we had a studio) was fully equipped. The view from the balcony was stunning, and the pool and the little sun terrace was also a great bonus. The check in / check out process was very smooth (self service) and Vera was very responsive and helpful to any questions we had throughout our stay. Overall it was a great stay, would recommend.

Not a huge minus, but it would have been great to have two face towels as well as shower towels (only had the latter, which made things a bit trickier). Shower gel bottle was also empty when we arrived so we had to buy our own.

Aufenthalt war bis auf die Parkmöglichkeit in Ordnung.

Lage und Ausstattung waren sehr gut. Pool war super.

Parkplatzsituation eine Zumutung. Für die vermieteten Appartments sind die Parkplätze viel zu wenig und sehr klein. Wenn man mit 6 oder mehr Personen anreist ist die Anzahl der Parkplätze nicht ausreichend. Andere Möglichkeiten ein Fahrzeug abzustellen gibt es in der Nähe nicht würde deshalb nicht mehr buchen.

Jättefint boende, synd att servicen inte uppfyllde förväntningarna.

Jag gillade det fina läget med utsikten mot bergen och poolen. Bastun var fräsch och mycket uppskattad efter våra vandringar.

Incheckningen fungerade inte bra. 24-7 support online fungerade inte, ingen svarade när vi sökte kontakt på telefonnumret. Jag blev tvungen att störa andra lägenheter och fråga var och hur nyckeln kunde fås. De andra boende visade var värd/kontaktpersonen bodde så att vi skulle kunna få vår nyckel, vi ankom ca 21:00. Senare så blev vi själva störda av 2 st andra nya gäster som inte heller kunde få ut sin nyckel till boendet.

Enkelt men fräscht boende, med fantastisk utsikt en liten bit utanför byns centrum.

Utsikten och poolen. Rymligheten i lägenheten. Sköna sängar och fint kök med bra matplats.

Toaletterna saknade upphängning för handdukar, samt dåligt ventilation. Automatisk tändning på toaletten var irriterande, speciellt på natten.

Csodálatos környezet, a szomszédban alpakák és kecskék legelnek. A kilátás páratlan, gyalog vagy autóval is pont jó távolságra van egy Billa. Bármerre indulsz is, jobbnál jobb túraútvonalak. Van szauna, medence, grillező. Közel van Zell am See és a Schmittenhöhe is, amely egy ultra modern felvonóval közelíthető meg. A Kitzsteinhorn csúcsa az erkélyről csodálható. Imádtuk!

Geräumiges Penthouse mit Mängeln

Geräumiges Penthouse in schöner Lage. Ruhe und Privatsphäre sind gegeben.

Leider weist die Unterkunft einige Mängel auf: für 12 Personen gab es nur eine Zimmerkarte, der Spülmaschinengriff fiel bei Benutzung ab, unter der Spüle tropfte es und insgesamt war es dort an vielen Stellen schmutzig. Der große, gelbe Sonnenschirm war schmutzig und kaputt, konnte nicht aufgeklappt werden. Wir hätten ihn bei der enormen Sonneneinstrahlung dringend gebraucht. Wir hatten die Unterkunft aufgrund des schönen Pools ausgewählt. Als wir ankamen, sahen wir, dass dieser sich im Umbau befand und daher nicht zu benutzen war. Niemand hatte uns zuvor benachrichtigt. Das war äußerst ärgerlich. Insgesamt also leider eher enttäuschend.
