The beautiful house on the hill!

The location is right at the center of all the most famous attractions in Kaprun, and yet, in a beautiful pastoral and quiet place on the hill. The view from the balconies is just stunning! The house is so specious and comfortable for a family. And the washing machine and play room and playground in the place are a great bonus. And the owner is great and very communicative. We wish we could stay longer.

Its Big size and price undermined its effectiveness as a place to stay.

Despite its size, the property's expansive area didn't offer much in terms of guest utility. The host were nice and helpful and kitchen facilities are excellent .They provided the summer card to us

We paid for two days but ended up leaving after one because we couldn't get a good night's sleep. The lack of air conditioning made it impossible to be comfortable, and also we just couldn't find peace during the stay ."

Very good stay, totally no issues.

The apartament is very spacious for 3 persons and a dog. Own sauna is cool (hot indeed) !!! The view for Maiskogel is picturesque. For me it was important that there was a plenty of space to make walks with a dog around. Strategic location - 4 min to Maiskogel parking and 6 min to Schmittenhohe parking in Zell am Zee. This is not luxury apartament, but it give Alp's vibe, and consist everything for family skiing trip.

Worth to stay!

This apartment is large and amazing, the view and the facilities. There is sauna and bathtub for you to relax after ski, and the view beside the table was amazing as well as patio. The hosts are very enthusiasm.

Communicate with host is hard in English since they are more fluent in German.

Exceptional

Easy check-in. Very comfortable apartment with all you need. Close to skibus stop(about 4-5 min) = easy access to 3 ski resorts Kitzsteinhorn, Kaprun, Zell am See. Great hospitality and a wonderful stay. Well equipped kitchen, comfortable beds, sauna is a big advantage. Very quiet, not close to other houses and this is what I definitely like in this place. Excellent views. The landlord was helping us with all questions during our stay. I will definitely come back next year.

Better than home.

The space and cleanliness of the accommodation was absolutely above our expectations. Everything is obviously meticulously cared for and cleaned. The amount of space for 2 was much more than needed, we could easily see returning with family and still having privacy. The owners were very professional and polite, very kind and welcoming.

Nothing, everything was perfect. We went for a birthday getaway and what I expected was a one room standard hotel room. This was really above my expectations.

The apartment is large, comfortable and equipped with everything you need, comfortable beds. Good wifi. Very beautiful view. The owner helped us willingly and with a smile with things related to Corona and plane tickets, and advice on excursions in the area and everything we asked for. Gave us discounted tickets to the area late at night.

We booked the place on the day of arrival. The owners were not ready for our arrival. We arrived at 22:00 as announced in advance, and there was an unpleasant surprise. We had to wait an hour until the apartment was ready. So even after they cleaned the apartment was not completely clean. The exterior image of the place as advertised in the booking is of a large and beautiful spa with pools. In fact, it is a normal and modest house. Therefore, we did not initially believe the app that indicated that we had arrived at the place. It seems like a lie, and a shame, because we would have taken the place anyway

Świetna lokalizacja, bardzo mili o pomocni właściciele. Czysto, bardzo duży apartament z sauną :) W kuchni jest absolutnie wszystko czego potrzeba. 100 ma do przystanku skibus. Bardzo szybki kontakt, przemili ludzie, którzy rozwiązania każdy problem gościa 😊

הבית מאובזר עם מדיח ותנור, החדרים נוחים, הסאונה מפנקת, אחלה מיקום, וקיבלנו כרטיס הנחה וכניסה חינם לכמה אתרים- Sommer card Hohe Tauren, נותן כניסה חינם לפרק הלאומי ולדרך הגלוסגלוקנר, ולספא פלזנתרמה בגסטיין (45 דקות נסיעה) ולעוד כמה אתרים- יש חוברת מידע במקום. יש מכונת כביסה ומייבש בחינם.

מלא יתושים, המטבח והכיור פחות נוחים למי שמבשל לעצמו, המקרר לא קירר... הדירה חשוכה, היה חם מאוד ואין מזגן. לא היתה תקשורת טובה עם המארחת, לא היה ברור לנו בהתחלה אך שימו לב שצריך לשלם במזומן ולא דרך בוקינג! נאלצנו לבצע העברה בנקאים וזה עלה לנו כ 80 שקל עמלה על ההעברה! זה היה מאוד מכעיס.

Das Appartement ist gemütlich, sehr geräumig und super ausgestattet. Es hat an nichts gefehlt und die Gastgeberin war sehr freundlich. Die Unterkunft hat eine ideale Lage für Skifahrer, da die Haltestellen für den Skibus gerade mal 3 Minuten Fußweg entfernt liegt.
