I had a wonderful stay—comfortable, clean, and with a breathtaking view, thanks to a kind and welcoming host.

The apartment was exceptionally clean and well-equipped with everything needed for cooking. The view was absolutely stunning. I stayed for 5 days, and the host, Martina, was incredibly helpful—she showed us around and even welcomed us with a delicious homemade apple pie. I’ll definitely be returning to stay at the same place again!

Just a heads-up: if you’re staying on the third floor, be prepared to carry your luggage up the stairs, as there’s no elevator. Also, you may need to purchase toilet paper and trash bags, as these might not be provided.

Excellent accommodation for ski holidays

Very pleasant hostess who greeted us upon arrival. The house is located on a hill, in a quiet place with a great view of the surroundings. Easy access to the surrounding ski resorts - Saalbach Hinterglemm Leogang, Zell am See, Kitzsteinhorn Kaprun and Wildkogel Arena.

Great location, lovely views, nice property, friendly hosts.

Great location, with excellent views of the mountains and down the valley. Parking for a few cars on-site. Apartment seemed to have been recently decorated and was to a good standard. Shower was great. Kitchen had most items required, including a dishwasher which was a bonus. Friendly hosts. Good information in the flat and in reception area. Travel options in the village were good - a train to Zell am See, buses to all local villages/towns and a main road along the valley. Really easy to get around, we used all three options - the little red train was great and of course public transport in Austria is cheap and works, unlike in the UK...

No commercial waste bins outside, only a tiny domestic waste bin which was full when we arrived and fuller when we left - we ended up taking our rubbish to other bins in the local area. Noisy neighbours in the flat beside us - soundproofing was minimal.

Not big, but a very comfortable apartment with a nice balcony and a gorgeous view. Comfortable beds. Fully equipped kitchen. Good heating. Nice owners, easy parking.

Poor wi-fi - insufficient for the whole house (typically very slow). Access might be difficult if there is much snow (I suppose snow chanis required)

Cisza spokój i przepiękny widok z okien. Martina uprzejma i pomocna . Apartament na wysokim poziomie a temperatura apartamentu w zimie utrzymywana bardzo wysoko aby narciarze po całym dniu czuli komfort. Parking pod domem i w zasadzie do Kaprun 7 min autem a na lodowiec 15 min.

لايوجد فريزون ولا مكروييف راعية الشقة شديده في موضوع الوقت صار ظرف وتأخرت في المغادرة ودخلت علي الشقة الساعة عشر صباحا وقالت اذا بتتاخر سوف تدفع. طبعا تحتاج ان تأخذ معاك كاش لانه الدفع كاش
