Great cheap option near Kaprun.

Very spacious and well equipped. Very clean, great views and nice hosts. Impeccable value for money.

Be aware it’s a farm and it smells that way. In winter you need to have a car that makes it up the hill.

Amazing views , real farm stay , lots of animals and super quiet. We really enjoyed it, thank you.

Only thing I can raise here, although it's was not really a problem for us , is that the apartment is not new, but everything operational. Also take into account the road to the house is pretty steep, so adventure by itself:)

A nice farm where to stay for a good ski trip/vist of the area of Zell am See/Kaprun

A farm with great people in a good location with easy access by car to Zell am See or Kaprun. Good value for money and if you are also an animal lover you will be able to see exactly how things are made. Good size appartment for two families with 2 kids each, good amenities and appliances. Recommend this place.

Perfekter Urlaub in unglaublicher Lage. Die Wohnung hat alles, was man braucht und wir hatten einen sehr gemütlichen Aufenthalt. Danke an die freundlichen Gastgeber. Im Winter die Schneeketten nicht vergessen.

لم أتخيل يوما أنني سوف أعيش في مثل هذا المكان انها من أجمل الشقق التي عشت فيها على مدى كل سفراتي الكثيره انه مكان رائع وفوق الخيال ولا يمكنه وصفه بالكتابه كل ما فيه مرتب بشكل راقي والأجمل تلك الإطلالة التي قد لا تجدها في أرقى الفنادق العالمية كانت العائلة التي تدير الشقة متعاونه معنا بشكل كبير فقد قدموا لنا الحليب الطازج والبيض والجبن وعندما اعطيناها المال رفضت أخذه وقالت هذا هدية منا اتمنى أن أعود مرة أخرى للسكن فيها

كل شي أعجبني ولكن لدي نصيحه لمن لا يملك سياره خاصه فهذه الشقه لا تناسبه لأنها بعيده عن مركز المدينه ولا يوجد بالقرب منها مراكز تسوق وايضا هي مرتفعه وتحتاج الى سائق ماهر في السياقه نوعا ما اما لمن يحب الاستجمام ومعه سياره خاصه فهي مناسبه له

Dokonalé výhledy do údolí ze statku a skvělá snídaně.

Naprosto dokonalá lokalita, ubytování na statku, vysoko nad údolím, nádherné výhledy!! Úžasná snídaně, neskutečně bohatá. To si musíte objednat. Velice příjemná majitelka, vše vysvětlila a pomohla. Mohli jsme ke zvířatům. Nádhera. Super poměr cena / užitek.

Opravdu si není na co stěžovat. Vše bylo dokonalé.

Замечательные, радушные хозяева. Мы оказались на настоящей семейной австрийской ферме, которая производит молоко. Утром нас угощали свежайшим молоком, а вечером ликерами собственного производства. Еще хозяин держит лошадей, просто для удовольствия. В доме чисто и уютно, все выдержано в деревенском австрийском стиле. Просто и со вкусом. Есть отличная кухня с посудомоечной машиной и духовой. Но самое главное — это вид! Ночью ты находишься прямо рядом со звездами и с видом на долину, а утром тебе видны снежные макушки гор. Надо понимать, что такой чудесный возможен благодаря тому, что дом находится достаточно высоко на горе и к нему ведет извилистая дорога. В первый день у нас не сразу получилось заехать по обледеневшей дороге, но нас выручили хозяева. В остальные дни поднимались сами без проблем.

Velmi milá majitelka, přikoupili jsme si snídaně a rozhodně jsme nelitovali. Zcela výjimečná lokalita - pokud chcete klid, je to skvělá volba. Úžasné výhledy na údolí. Určitě se sem vrátíme. Poměr cena - výkon … skvělé.
