Great place to stay

Loved the location as very near bus stop to kitzteinhorn (and airport via zell). Loved the well equipped kitchen. Loved the easy access arrival out of hours. I only spoke to the owner I believe but he was super friendly and wanted to make sure I had a good stay.

Great place in Kaprun for a group

Great setup for a group, including two balconies, lots of seating and a big kitchen and living room.

While the kitchen is well stocked with pots, pans, plates, glasses, and more, there really isn't a lot of cooking space, especially if you're cooking for a large group.

Very good appartment in Kaprun

Cozy appartment for 6 people (we were in 3 couples), very comfortable bedrooms, kitchen with all tools for a good stay, balcony with outstanding view to the snowy mountains. Very good location in Kaprun to explore the region, close to supermarket, good restaurants, etc

The staff were very helpful and relaxed. The room was very spacious and comfortable. The room came with a big TV and balcony. There was a coffee machine which I made good use of. They even supplied the coffee!

I'm used to a memory mattress and their's was spring. Beside that small thing, everything was great!

Great value offer for a stay in Kaprun with family or friends

Communication with the apartment management team was always easy, very friendly and efficient. The loft itself, with its four rooms and spacious living + dining area, was great value for the money. The level of cleanliness was also quite good. And the best of all is how well located this loft-apartment is, in proximity to a number of restaurants, cafes and bars in Kaprun as well as to the lifts going up the mountain.

Not much to dislike. Some people would find the decoration style dated, with its undeniable seventies vibes, but that did not bother us at all.

the owner is so kind, helpful and extremely supportive. we get sick and she helps us to the last moment to see the doctor and pharmacist. the chalet is wonderful

i asked them 4 months ago about my 6 years child if the summer card free for her and they confirmed it is free but before just one day of my stay they send me a whatsapp message that i have to pay 120 euro for the summer card for my child also they take 70 euro for cleaning and they told us to wash dishes and remove the food and garbage

Everything was spot on. The location, quality of the apartment, comfort of the beds, kitchen to make a few items. The communication with Elvira who manages the property was very prompt and clear. How can we forget the great benefits of the Zelle-am-see Kaprun summer card which gave us free access to most things in the area.

To be really picky, the floor of the living room area is little dated and roughed up. It can be renovated.

Alles wirklich prima 😘

Unterkunft ist top, zentral, rundum gibt’s gute Restaurants. Blick auf das Kitzsteinhorn, genial 🤩, Bushaltestelle 50 m vor der Tür. Bitte nicht in den Ferien dort hin. Leider war alles viel zu voll, mussten eben auch die Ferien nutzen wegen der Kids. Ansonsten rundum zufrieden. Thanks
