Fijne locatie, ruim appartement en buiten terras.

Appartement was niet goed onderhouden. Bijvoorbeeld kapotte douche cabine (deuren), kapotte luxaflex waardoor veel licht in de ochtend.

Sehr gemütliche und toll ausgestattete Unterkunft - auch für große Familien

Sehr großzügig und mit viel Platz für 7 Personen. Die Küche ist top ausgestattet. Betten sind alle sehr bequem.

Fliegengitter wären noch sehr fein bei den Fenstern

وصولنا كان الظهر وتواصلت مع الموظفة المناوبة في ذاك اليوم قبل وصولي عن امكانية الدخول مبكراً للشقة اذا كانت جاهزة وردت وقالت نعم راح ندخلك مافي مشكلة وانا قلت لها اني جاية على 12:30 عند وصولي الى الرسبشن استقبلتنا موظفة شعرها اصفر ماقدرت اعرف اسمها للاسف ولكنها سيئة الاخلاق وقالت لي ماراح ادخلكم قبل 4 هذا النظام وكانت تصارخ واسلوبها زبالة لهذا نزلت في التقييم للشقة لان هذي الانسانة من اولها افتتحنا على هالانطباع بينما الموظفة الي جنبها قالت انا الي كلمتها وقلت لها تدخل وقاطعتها وقالت ثاني مرة ما ادخلكم قبل 4 كأنها متفضلة علينا؟؟ اتمنى محاسبتها لانكم راح تخسرون زباين بسبب هالاسلوب المنفر بالنهاية دخلنا ولكن مو حلو بحقنا هالاسلوب واحنا دافعين مبلغ وقدره وانا ماراح اسكت عنها نقطة ثانية الشقق خالية من خدمة غسيل الملابس ويوجد غرفة مشتركة لجميع السكان ولكن بمبلغ اضافي!! اغلب الشقق الي اسكنها توفر الخدمة مجانية👎🏻 وعند طلبنا صابون لمغسلة المواعين رفضوا وقاالو اشترو بنفسكم اسلوبهم جداً جداً سيء وماعتقد اني اكرر الاقامة عندهم غير كذا لايتوفر تكييف ولاحتى مروحة وعند فتح الشبابيك تدخل الحشرات ونسمع اصوات الجيران المزعجين كأنه داخل عندنا ولافي احترام للاوقات حتى بعد الساعة 11 مساء نسمع ازعاج ولانستطيع النوم

Netter Ausblick und schöne Lage, aber es gehört mehr dazu.

Eine schöne Lage mit großer Terrasse und Blick auf das Kitzsteinhorn. Das Schlafzimmer liegt hinten raus, sodass kein Straßenlärm zu hören war.

Da das Badezimmer über kein Fenster und nur einen bedingt funktionierenden Abzug verfügt, ist erst das Badezimmer und nach einigen Tagen die gesamte Wohnung feucht. Uns liefen immer wieder Silberfische über den Weg. Die Wände sind teilweise ziemlich beschädigt und der Rahmen der Duschtür ist uns auch entgegengekommen. Die Deckenleuchten waren teils beschädigt oder es fehlten Teile. Die Spülmaschine roch nach Essensresten. Bei Abgabe der key cards wurde nur kurz angebunden die Karten entgegengenommen ohne jegliche Nachfrage wie der Aufenthalt gewesen sei o. ä. Nach meiner Anmerkung bezüglich der Feuchtigkeit wurde nur schnell mitgeteilt, dass es weitergegeben würde und man verabschiedete mich. Für das Geld, was man dort lässt ein bedingt guter Service und definitiv keine Wohnung, die uns Wiedersehen wird. Schade! Nachtrag: im Gästebuch wurde festgehalten, dass die Nespresso Maschine ausschließlich mit Orginal Nespresso Kapseln befüllt werden dürfe und man diese für knapp 16€ (!) an der Rezeption erwerben könne. Das schoss den Vogel endgültig ab.

topappartement ideaal gelegen voor skiën en wandelen !

Het appartement is ruim en gezellig ingericht. De twee slaapkamers met elk een badkamer zijn zeer comfortabel om met 4 personen in dit appartement te verblijven. De zeer goede bedden waren opgemaakt, badkamer voorzien van douchegel en bodycrème van Rituals, voldoende handdoeken en voor ieder persoon een badjas en slippers. De keuken is voldoende voorzien van toestellen en servies en dergelijke. Zwembad en sauna zijn zeer proper en een welgekomen verwennerij na het skiën. Receptie personeel is zeer vriendelijk en gemakkelijk te bereiken. Dicht bij het appartement is een bushalte, alsook een zeer goede supermarkt waar je alles vindt.

De braadpannen die in de keuken voorzien waren, zijn dringend aan vernieuwing toe. De antikleeflaag zag er niet meer zeer gezond uit. Maar wij hebben ons dan beholpen met de zeer goede oven.

Wonderfull stay on the quiet side of Kaprun with a lot of facilities.

Location was decent, small walk to the village and lift. Busses to Zell Am See drive on a 30min basis. Spa facilities were excellent and very welcome after a day of snowboarding. Rooms were very spacious and quiet. We were also able to checkin early because we drove at night. The staff helped us very well to check if the apartment was already clean. Ski room to store your boots was also very spacious.

As mentioned in other reviews. You have to go through the garage to get to the spa facilities. But since I knew this, it wasn't a problem for us.

The apartmens are clean and nice.

The apartments advertised swimming pool and sauna, but the were closed. At the desk they said, that it was closed due to repairs, but we managed to check it out and it was all cleaned and ready, just not turned on. they were just saving the enery. The reception employee could barely speak german and was no help at all.

The stay was far below our expectations. The service at the front desk was non existent!

The fold out bed was unbearable. Not suitable for sleeping in. We tried it for a few nights but it was horrible. We had to upgrade our room as the reception couldn't help us. We had to spend another 400€ for the upgrade. Just to have a bed to sleep in. No discount. The key cards wasn't working half the time and we ended up spending way to much of precious vacation time in the reception, not getting any help.

The hotel was booked through you, but unfortunately the reservation was not as expected for the following reasons: 1. In the beginning, the hotel delayed the delivery of the apartment until 1830. 2. The apartment that was booked is different from what was booked by you, as it is very small, afraid of what is shown in the picture and specifications. 3. The apartment is on the ground floor and there are many insects that have no solution due to the lack of cleanliness and no air conditioning 4. The internet is very weak and sometimes does not work and does not cover the rooms except with difficulty and intermittently. 5. There is no system and no one is at the reception after 1900 pm. 6. The administration was asked to change the apartment to another floor, even if there is an extra amount that will be paid, and it turns out that the apartment owner will be green after 3 days and they cannot change the apartment or transfer us to another apartment. 7. I do not recommend staying in this place The employee in the lobby was very rude and no helpful, she didn’t help us with anything .

Excellent apt, poor staff communication

Excellent location, very comfortable apartment for 8 adults (4 bedrooms), very well equipped kitchen, spacious balcony, ski room, underground parking.

Quite bad communication from staff 1. They didn't tell us upfront that check-in is in another building, so we had to look for them. No phone nbr on the door, or info where the office is. And that other building where you need to check in, is not walking distance. 2. I asked them 3-4 different questions through booking, but they didnt answer fully on any of them. Had to keep asking same thing over and over again. For example, I tell them 'the key card does not open the garbage bin', and they answer - the garbage bin is located right next to the entrance door??!! I ask them 'what time does pool open AND CLOSE', they say it opens at 3pm. For every single question I had to go back and ask again... 3. No reception attendance in the building. 4. Pool and sauna are not open all day, only in the afternoon, and you have to go through the garage (not heated) to get there. So if you are not skiing, you can't fill up your time in the pool/sauna during the day.
