Ski vacation in Kaprun

I liked that we were meet by the owner Mr. Jara, when we got there. Apartment was warm when we got in. Beds were comfortable. In the kitchen we got what we needed to set up a breakfast or small snack after the ski day. There are parking spots in front of the building. There was also a room for drying our ski boots. The view from the balcony was nice.

The space was also quite limited and, in my opinion, not suitable for a family of more than three people. In addition, the internet connection was weak and only available in the living room. Overall, the value we received did not match the amount paid.

Bardzo udany pod każdym względem!

Bardzo dobry kontakt z właścicielem. Zgodnie z umową czekał na nas przed budynkiem w chwili przyjazdu. Przekazał klucze, wszystko wyjaśnił, przekazał apartament, Formalności zajęły nam 5 min. Szybko, sprawnie...

Wszystko było ok, zresztą znałem tą lokalizację kilka lat temu byłem w obiekcie obok. Do pełni szczęścia brakowało piekarnika w którym rano można by upiec bułki. Jest kuchenka combo z mikrofalą w której można zrobić zapiekanki, coś grillować nawet itd, ale niestety gotowych bułek nie udało się upiec a dokładnie "odpiec". Kupowaliśmy gotowe pieczywo... Nie oceniam tego negatywnie bo faktycznie na zdęciach czy w opisie nie był wymieniony. Miłym zaskoczeniem były kostki do zmywarki, które bardzo często są jedynie na pierwsze mycie! Lokalizacja dla narciarzy jest super w szczególności jeżeli bierzemy pod uwagę dolną stacje Maiskogel, bliskość jest dużym atutem. Generalnie bardzo cicha i spokojna lokalizacja, malowniczo położona.

Fijne gastheer! Keurig appartement! Goede locatie, skibus dichtbij, ook lopen naar de gondel is te doen!

Wc in de badkamer, dat is jammer maar ook het enige mijn puntje bij dit appartement.

Skvelé ubytovanie, príjemný majiteľ a krásne prostredie.

Pri príchode nás srdečne privítal majiteľ, ktorý je Čech, čo nás veľmi potešilo a navodilo príjemnú atmosféru. Ochotne nám ukázal apartmán a vysvetlil všetky potrebné informácie. Apartmán bol čistý, priestranný a veľmi dobre vybavený – cítili sme sa tu ako doma. Najväčším bonusom bol nádherný výhľad na okolie a zjazdovky, ktorý sme si užívali každý deň. Na zjazdovku sme dochádzali autom, čo nám vôbec neprekážalo – menšia zjazdovka bola vzdialená asi 2 minúty jazdy, väčšia približne 4 minúty. Lokalita je ideálna pre lyžiarov, ale aj pre tých, ktorí si chcú oddýchnuť v pokojnom prostredí. Oceňujeme aj tichú atmosféru a blízkosť prírody. Celkový dojem je výborný – skvelé ubytovanie, príjemný majiteľ a krásne prostredie. Určite sa sem radi vrátime a odporúčame každému, kto hľadá komfortné ubytovanie v blízkosti zjazdoviek.

Niektoré apartmány sú umiestnené na vyššom poschodí, čo poskytuje ešte krajší výhľad na okolie. Výťah tu síce nie je, ale schody nie sú náročné a pridávajú miestu príjemný horský charakter.

صاحب المكان متجوب جدا وتم احضار بطاقة كابرون و زلامسي ثاني يوم الساعه 8 الصبح

كانت الشقه في الدور الاول واتعبني نقل الشنط فقط

صاحب هذا الرقم هو المحتال الذي قام بسرقة اموالي وخصم المبلغ اعتقد ان اسمه كان Jara 676 5613872

الموقع جيد والمنظر جميل

لم يكن هناك اي منظفات في الشقة كان الاعلان في موقع بوكينق ان بطاقة كابرون متوفرة عند الحجز لم يعطينا بطاقات كابرون للاطفال قبل ان ادفع 14.5 عن كل طفل بالرغم من انني دفعت قيمة اجار الشقة و قيمة الضرائب قبل الوصول و محادثته معي في الواتس طلب 25 يورو لكل البطاقات والاعلان في الموقع مجانية لقد كان محتالاً وعند الخروج لم يسلمنا مبلغ 300 يورو الوديعة . لقد قام بخصم 25 يورو اذا لم نقبل ان نعطيه تقييم 10 في بوكينق لقد كان لصاً استغل تواجد اطفالي حتى يقوم بالترهيب و عمل مشاجرة معي

الشقه قريبه من النهر والمطاعم وبيلا مشي 5 دقايق ومواقف كثيره مجانيه وأدوات المطبخ كامله يوجد بطاقة زيلامسي.. وصاحب الشقه متعاون جداً
