Cozy and warm stay :)

We had an excellent stay! Check‑in was easy thanks to the key box, which made everything smooth even though we arrived after regular check‑in hours. The host Nikoleta was wonderful—very responsive, kind, and quick to answer any questions. They even changed our towels halfway through our seven‑day stay, which we really appreciated. The apartment itself is spacious and perfect for four people, with plenty of room and a very comfortable living area. It was warm, cozy, and the kitchen had everything we needed. Overall, a fantastic experience—we would gladly stay here again!

Very nice place to stay

I had a very comfortable stay in this exceptionally clean apartment, located in a quiet and peaceful area. The view of the natural landscape and part of the Kaprun mountain was breathtaking. The kitchen was well-equipped with all the essentials, making cooking easy and convenient. The bathroom was spacious and spotless. Grocery stores were nearby, which was very convenient. I would definitely come back again in the future!

Good location with a decent commute to Kaprun and Zell am See.

The view is a great asset of this apartment. A lot of space around the building, even to go for a walk or sledging. Walking distance to the ski bus and Billa - also a great plus. The apartment was cosy.

Kitchen was lacking a few utensils, had to ask for more dishwasher tablets. There wasn’t a standard coffee machine as described.

Staff was very helpful and nice. I suspect that at the beginning it was a very nice apartment building, but the apartment I was renting had traces of damage such as torn curtains or old whistles in the walls. The front door was very bad at protecting against noise from the staircase, in the evening you could hear everyone who walked through the staircase.

Reception is not at Kaprun

Very easy access to the beautiful nature. We enjoyed hiking a lot at many courses nearby. Parking is spacious and washing machine is available at basement.

We didn’t realize that the room belonged to the company which was not at Kaprun. There is a reception at the apartment site but it didn’t work for us, and we re-checked the email and finally noticed the reception was in Zell am See. As there was traffic jam, it took 30 min to arrive there and 20 min to come back.

Het appartement ligt in een rustig deel van Kaprun op 10 minuten afstand van het centrum, de bushalte, restaurantjes en winkels. Het contact met de verhuurder is prettig en vriendelijk. Ze zijn heel behulpzaam.
