The stay was ok, but the few issues made it for us a bit complicated.

It was a decent size apartment for a family, with a big bathroom with both a bath and a shower. There was also a washing machine in the bathroom.

We had few issues in the apartment: - internet was not working properly for the first half of our stay, it was always disconnecting and it was almost impossible for us to work from the place, until a guy came and had to change the WiFi access point; - there was no hair dryer in the apartment, but after we informed the local office, they brought one the next day; - it is the rooftop apartment with tilted walls and the bed in the living room had a very small space to sleep on as we were hitting the head all the time; - one of the chairs in the kitchen had a very wiggly leg; - there is only one closet in the room to put the clothes in - for the family of 4 it was not sufficient as there was only one shelf and big hanging space but very few hangers.

Superb

The apartment was well equipped and was very spacious. There was also a nice terrace which is probably super nice in the summer. The sauna was also great. Location is good for going skiing but it's a bit far from city centre if you want to go shopping or pubbing.

While there are plenty of parking spots outside the building many people use two spots and we had to find another parking area. The keys had to picked up at another place and I didn't understand the need for the deposit, nobody asked us anything when we checked out, they just gave the deposit back. While the apartment seemed clean to the naked eye, when we started walking around in our socks they were very dirty within minutes, suggesting a mop was not used.

كانت البالوعة منسده تماما وتصد رائحة وقد ارسلت ذلك لخدمة العملاء في بوكينج لتعويضي ولم يرد علي ولا شخص وهذا يدل على تجاهل خدمة العملاء للزبائن وعدم حلها في وقتها وعدم تعويضي عن ذلك الخطاء الفادح

اثاثه قديم ولم يحترم المشكلة اللتي كانت بسسببه على الرغم من انه اخذ تامين 300 يور لو كانت المشكلة انا من فعله لاخذ حقه من التامين اما انا فلا حق علي عن ماحدث من انسداد البالوعة وعدم قدرتي على استخدام الغسالة وغسالة الصحون

Schöner Aufenthalt mit bösem Belastungsende, leider schlechte Beschreibung

Sauber, schön und neu eingerichtet, gute Lage

Der Feuerwehrknopf in der Sauna ist weder gesichert, noch ist beschrieben das es kein „Notaus“ ist, sondern dass direkt jemand gerufen wird der zur Wohnung kommt! Darüber hinaus eine Kostenbelastung der Visakarte ohne jede Info durchgeführt wird! In der darauf folgenden Kommunikation ist man keinesfalls Gesprächsbereit! Ich bleibe auf den Kosten hängen und werde daraus den Schluss ziehen, dass ich den dort geplanten Familienurlaub NICHT dort buchen werde! Schade, dass der gute Eindruck der Wohnung und die schöne Zeit, so unflexibel und Kundenunfreundlich enden musste! Wir haben hier nichts „falsch“ gemacht, gegen keine der beschriebenen Regeln verstoßen und zahlen trotzdem 😞

Kaprun je super místo pro dovolenou. Mnoho vyžití,výlety,sport

Nemám nic proti nikomu,ale když se nekdo neumí chovat slušně tak mě obtěžuje.a to bylo téměř všude protože Arabové jsou úplně všude!chovaji se jako ze jim tam vse patří a vy ste pro ně jiný a dávají to dost najevo.
