Very nice accomodation, we had everything we needed. Felt comfortable

Disorganised deposit management. Upon payment of 300eur deposit I had to specifically request the staff to provide me with receipt. When checkout the manager asked me whether my deposit payment was 250 eur. They refunded full amount at the end but his question was strange to me. He also asked me twice if we really did not have the bath towels for the sauna which are paid extra. They probably just need to improve their evidence/organisation. Apart from this, everything went perfect.

الشقة مرتبة وواسعة وإطلالتها جميلة وهادئة، وموقعها ممتاز قريبة من الخدمات بقالات او مطاعم، وفيه نهر قريب منها حلوة الجلسة فيها. بالنسبة للخدمة اشكر بالاخص الأخ عدنان على سرعة تجاوبه وتعاونه معنا واهتمامه بتقديم إقامة مريحة وسلسة. تجربة أكررها بدون تردد .. The apartment is tidy and spacious, with a beautiful and peaceful view. Its location is excellent close to essential services like grocery stores and restaurants. There’s also a nearby river that makes for a lovely sitting area. As for the service, I especially thank Mr. Adnan for his quick response, helpful attitude, and dedication to providing a smooth and comfortable stay. Definitely a experience I would repeat without hesitation.

Schöne und große Wohnung

Die Wohnung ist schön eingerichtet, die Betten sind bequem und auch die Küche ist mit allem ausgestattet was man braucht. Die Lage ist super, in 15 Min. zu Fuß erreicht man unterschiedlichste Restaurants und in 5 Min. ist man mit dem Auto am Gletscherjet zum Kitzsteinhorn.

Es gab ganz kleine Macken im Bereich Badezimmer, z.B. ist im kleinen Bad hinten eine Armatur in der Dusche verbaut mit Regendusche oben (die ist sehr gut), jedoch passt die Brause nicht in die Armatur... also wenn man die Brause nutzen möchte ist man gezwungen, diese in der Hand zu halten und wenn man sie nicht nutzt muss man schauen, dass man sie so irgendwie an der Armatur verwurschtelt, dass sie nicht ständig im Weg rumbaumelt. Die Ablage unter dem Spiegel im selben Badezimmer hängt nach vorne durch, so dass man hier kaum etwas abstellen kann, da alles ins Waschbecken purzelt und besagtes Brett wurde direkt über den Lichtschalter für die Beleuchtung über dem Spiegel und die Belüftung gebaut, man muss diesen also erst mal finden. Das waren in unseren Augen aber nur kleine bauliche Mängel, alles in allem hatten wir eine tolle Zeit hier. Eventuell nimmt sich ja dieser Mängel jemand zeitnah an.
