child had electric shock and no one cared.

property was beautiful.

the biggest issue we had was the in the children’s bedroom. given that this room has bunk beds it’s obvious that it is often used by children. there was a wall mounted light with a piece of masking tape hanging off. one of the kids touched the masking tape and was subject to a nasty electric shock. this caused all power to trip and required a medical assessment for the 10 year old child. see photo below, this was a live light and very dangerous. despite this, our biggest problem was the lack of contact with any of the numbers provided. when we finally managed to get hold of someone 2 days later they told us it would be sorted the next day, which it wasn’t. we had isolated the power from the kids bedroom in order to make sure no one else was electrocuted. we were also told we would receive a follow up call a week later, which we didn’t. this could have resulted in a much more serious outcome yet no one cared at all. we have never ever had such poor experience with a holiday rental.

Nice but could have been better

The property was exceptional, the location is more like country vibe than a center of a city which makes it more calmer and chill, everything is lowkey which is good for me at the time. it was mostly safe

one important thing, the place dont have AC , so you probably should not go if the weather is hot but as you like. Honestly for the situation that had occurred, I will not put fingers to blame but I would emphasize on asking for receipts for any payment that you make whether you have booked the property online or on the counter. in Europe its a thing where you must pay for extra fees such as cleaning and what not, for me it was a surprise because where I came from (UAE), it is always included in the total price. the people in charge has some pretty questionable manners towards our race ( I am an Arab). like I said, not to blame anyone. just a heads up ask for any receipts for any kind of payment.

Superb

We had a spacious apartment that was reasonably well equipped with good quality cooking equipment. The sitting dining room was a great space and the TV and wifi were very effective with good sound system. The DVD player needed a HDMI cable to link it up with the TV but reception may have been able to provide but never asked as had one for computer link.

We didn't like it that the cleaners clearly smoked in the building and whilst this never affected the apartment it was noticeable in the entrance and main corridors on the 2 days they had been in.

Szuper családi apartman Kaprunban

Rendkívül tágas, jól felszerelt, tiszta, modern apartman. Minden szempontból kényelmes, szuper meleg padlófűtéssel. Ha a síbuszt preferálod akkor 5 perc séta a megálló ( Gasthof Mühle) Kedves és segítőkész személyzet. Jó szívvel ajánlom, mert valóban klassz hely.

A matrac nekünk kicsit puha volt. A nagypárna nagyon magas, kényelmetlen. Jó lenne ha lenne kispárna is, ha valaki nem szeret nagypárnával aludni. Egyébként perfekt minden.

Ein sehr gelungener Aufenthalt in einer sehr schönen, sehr zentral gelegenen Unterkunft.

Lage, Austattung, Sauberkeit und Hilfbereitschaft der Mitarbeiter waren sehr gut. Parkplätze in der Garage vorhanden.

Der Skikeller hatte nicht genug Schuhheizungsplätze für alle Gäste in unserem Reisezeitraum. Die Parkplätze in der Garage waren für größere Fahrzeuge etwas eng.

ماشاءالله السكن كان جدا كبير ويصلح لعائلة كبيرة , وفيها مميزات رائعة : 1- الاثاث رائع وجديد وكذلك صالة المعيشة والمطبخ الامريكي وغرف النوم جديدة ونظيفة جدا . 2- الاطلالة من التراس والشرفة كانت خيااااااااااالية وفوق الوصف 3- التلفاز موجود في كل غرفة , وجميع الاجهزة في المطبخ متوفرة 4- غرفة الغسيل موجودة بشكل منفصل في الفندق وتخدم جميع النزلاء وبشكل " مجاني" 5- المواقف مجانية وفي كراج خاص في السكن ويفتح فقط للنزلاء 6- جميع الخدمات من سوبر ماركت وبقالات قريبة جدا من السكن وكذلك ايضا قريبة المواقع السياحية لمنطقة كابرون وزلمسي 7- القائمين على ادارة السكن رائعين جدا وخدومين و أود ان اشكر الاخ مصطفى مختار على أخلاقه الحسنه وذوق الراقي في التعامل مع النزلاء و حبه في المساعدة من اي نوع للنزلاء .
