كان اقامتي للسياحة وكانت الرحله ممتعه جدا

مكان الإقامة مرررره حلو والموقع حق الشقه ممتاز

كان الموظفين جيدين شبه ماء الخدمه في استقبال الاوتيل لم يساعدو المستأجرين في عدة نواحي مثل الدفع لمبلغ الايجار يقولو النظام لا يسمح بدفع المبلغ كاش وفي الاخر اخذو مبلغ الوديعه كاش

Ruhig, Blick auf den Gletscher. Schönes Bad mit edlen Reinigungsutensilien. Küche gut ausgestattet.

Leider waren die Stühle 🪑 auf dem Balkon an der Lehne kaputt, die Sitzmöbel im Studio fleckig. Das Treppenhaus war schmutzig.

الموقع ممتاز والمنطقة جميلة جداً للمشي .. وقريب جداً من بقالة بيلا وإطلالة رائعة خيالية .. والإدارة متعاونه ومتجاوبه .. والسكن مناسب للعائلة الكبيره اذا الشقه ثلاث غرف .. ومواقف متوفره بمساحات كافيه .. سكنت فيه سبعة أيام مرت بسرعة

عدم وجود حاجز شبكي للنوافذ لمنع دخول الحشرات .. كانت مزعجة قليلاً .. كذلك لم أجد خدمة غسيل الملابس في المبنى !

Voor herhaling vatbaar!

Super netjes appartement, alles is aanwezig. De ligging is geweldig, je kijkt aan de rechterkant op de bergtoppen met sneeuw en links zie je Kaprun liggen. Binnen 5 minuten sta je bij de bergliften van de Maiskogelbahn. De maisi flitser is een echte aanrader trouwens!

Ze hadden wel even mogen vermelden dat je de draaiknop voor warm water open moest zetten, de eerste douche was flink koud. Er hangen geen gordijnen in het slaapgedeelte, elke ochtend om half 6 waren we wakker omdat het licht zo het appartement in kwam, dat feit snap ik echt niet.

Místo ubytování, klidná lokalita, kousek na autobus a do obchodu Billa. Krásný výhled🙂

Pro dva dospěláky s dcerou opravdu malinký apartmán. Pro dva dospěláky by to bylo dostačující. Kuchyňka malinká, ale dobře vybavená. Postel pohodlná. Bohužel čistota nic moc, plíseň ve sprchovém koutu, předložka na balkón opravdu špinavá. Na balkóně zničené židle,popraskaný výplet opěradla a sedící část nahrazena deskou, přitom v ostatních apartmánech byla křesílka krásná.

Heerlijke vakantie in een heerlijk huis.

Zeer comfortabele bedden, fijne douche, keuken goed uitgerust. De verhuurder was via Whatsapp zeer goed bereikbaar, er werd direct gehandeld als we een verzoek hadden. Fijne communicatie!

Zeer gehorig, dus je hoort alles van de bovenburen (die erg veel lawaai hadden). Met 6 personen zou een aparte wc (dus niet IN de badkamer) wel erg handig zijn.

للأسف الفندق كان جميل يوم كان SSG ، .. ولكن الأن مجموعة ملاك وسيء جداً لايوجد استقبال ولا يوفورون بطاقة زيلامسي وكابرون ، وياخذون وديعه 300£ بدون اي وجه حق طمع وجشع ويدورن اي خطأ عشان مايرجعون الوديعه ، ارسلت لهم كل يوم يجون ينظفون ماشفناهم مدة اقامتنا ثمان ليالي ، الاستقبال في مكان آخر غير الفندق ، وللأسف المناديل والشامبو والكريمات مستخدمه وغير جديده ، ايضاً القمامة الله يكرمكم متراكمه امام باب الفندق والريحه سيئه ، ارفقت صورة ، ووجود حشرات غريبه وباعوض بحجم كبير ، وراسلت للاداره الصور وايضاً لترتيب وتنظيف الشقه ولم يحضر احد ، ولا يوجد عزل للصوت ، الانترنت ضعيف يقطع ، أبلغت إدارة Booking بذلك من اول يوم جيت لأن حجزي ثمان ليالي وطلبت الغاء مجاني وحساب اول ليله ولكن للأسف لم يتم الالغاء المجاني .. رفضوا .. لن اكرر الزياره له رغم ان هذي ثالث مره اسكن فيه .. يوجد فنادق ارخص منه وجيده وتوفر بطاقة زيلامسي وكابرون انصح بالسكن فيه .. لا انصح بالسكن فيه

Location was nice and quite convenient. Wonderful nature around compensated for inconveniences.

Main office was quite far and actually did not work according to Its working hours. Did not answer calls and did not call back neither. After buying the stay for 400 euros, Office demanded another 300 euros deposit. In cash... Exact time for handing over the appartment must have been arranged. And because of the main office far and sometimes unreachable by phone, not a simple task. Last, something called Studio, appeared to be a single room some 25 m2, with balcony and separate storage room, next to the bathroom.

nice apartment. not good location. didn’t like the staff

The property itself was very nice. The bed was very comfortable. and the kitchen was nice.

It took the radiators 24 hours to warm the place, so in the first day it was cold inside the apartment. The safe was broken. The wi-fi didn’t connect for two days and the staff weren’t available to help us with this issue. They ask for a lot of money for “cleaning” but the toilet wasn’t clean and the floor in the living room wasn’t clean. a crib cost us 35 euro. (in all other places we’ve been the crib was free). The location is not in the center. It feels like the staff was not available for give us the basic services.
