Location was nice and quite convenient. Wonderful nature around compensated for inconveniences.

Main office was quite far and actually did not work according to Its working hours. Did not answer calls and did not call back neither. After buying the stay for 400 euros, Office demanded another 300 euros deposit. In cash... Exact time for handing over the appartment must have been arranged. And because of the main office far and sometimes unreachable by phone, not a simple task. Last, something called Studio, appeared to be a single room some 25 m2, with balcony and separate storage room, next to the bathroom.

Rented appartment with plenty of space and nice terrace. Good WiFi. Grocery 3 min. from home. Plenty of parking. Quiet neighbourhood.

The property itself was very nice. The bed was very comfortable. and the kitchen was nice.

It took the radiators 24 hours to warm the place, so in the first day it was cold inside the apartment. The safe was broken. The wi-fi didn’t connect for two days and the staff weren’t available to help us with this issue. They ask for a lot of money for “cleaning” but the toilet wasn’t clean and the floor in the living room wasn’t clean. a crib cost us 35 euro. (in all other places we’ve been the crib was free). The location is not in the center. It feels like the staff was not available for give us the basic services.

Very nice apartment! Clean & spacious rooms and bathroom. Apartment is situated very close to the ski lift. You have here all you need for comfortable stay.

Collecting of the keys on arrival was pretty confusing for us and other travellers we met. It is very important to check properly instructions as reception is on different place and because of different logo not so easy to recognize.

apartment itself spacious and comfortable, good size for 6 people, location ok when using car to get to Maiskogel lift and ski depot at Bruendl

WiFi wasn't working on Day 1, single washing machine for 12+ apartments not working, had to request towel exchange after 5 days, sauna closed, location misrepresented on booking.com, some really cheap kitchen equipment (i.e. corkscrew)

great location, very clean and comfortable stay. also provided was a nice cleaning kit and plenty of towels.

We could have used some extra soap and an extra roll of toilet paper. There was hardly any of either and we had to buy extra at the Billa nearby.

Prima, niet bijzonder

Het appartement was groot en zag er netjes uit. Het had ook een bad en douche.

De keuken was raar ingedeeld en servies kast was beschadigd. Daardoor kon deze lastig open zonder verder te beschadigen. Oven werkt niet juist alleen maar magnetron functie en er was geen ruimte om proviand neer te zetten. Het was wel netjes. Locatie iets uit het centrum. Eigenlijk te ver om te lopen naar de skiliften. Bus stopt op 300mtr.

Großer Schädlingsbefall (deutsche Schaben). In Bad, Flur und vor allem in der Küche.

Το μόνο κακό είναι ότι δεν είχε σκούπα και σφουγγαρίστρα να καθαρίσουμε μόνοι μας καθώς στα χιόνια είναι αναπόφευκτο να μην έχεις νερά όταν μπεις στο σπίτι

كان الموظفين جيدين شبه ماء الخدمه في استقبال الاوتيل لم يساعدو المستأجرين في عدة نواحي مثل الدفع لمبلغ الايجار يقولو النظام لا يسمح بدفع المبلغ كاش وفي الاخر اخذو مبلغ الوديعه كاش

Ruhig, Blick auf den Gletscher. Schönes Bad mit edlen Reinigungsutensilien. Küche gut ausgestattet.

Leider waren die Stühle 🪑 auf dem Balkon an der Lehne kaputt, die Sitzmöbel im Studio fleckig. Das Treppenhaus war schmutzig.

الموقع ممتاز والمنطقة جميلة جداً للمشي .. وقريب جداً من بقالة بيلا وإطلالة رائعة خيالية .. والإدارة متعاونه ومتجاوبه .. والسكن مناسب للعائلة الكبيره اذا الشقه ثلاث غرف .. ومواقف متوفره بمساحات كافيه .. سكنت فيه سبعة أيام مرت بسرعة

عدم وجود حاجز شبكي للنوافذ لمنع دخول الحشرات .. كانت مزعجة قليلاً .. كذلك لم أجد خدمة غسيل الملابس في المبنى !
