Perfect!

Everything was great! Perfect location of the appartment for hiking in the summer. The appartment looks just like in the photos. We were with our dog (big breed), and the owners didn't make any problems. There was car park just in front of the building. As someone mentioned before, there is a train station nearby, but it didn't bother us at all. We wholeheartedly recommend this place for staying in Kaprun !

The place is absolutely perfectly clean, the rooms are comfortable. The kitchen is very well equipt. Great location. The host is very friendly and helpful.

The rail road and Kaprun road can be heavily heard in case the windows are open. No shampoo and soap.

Very nice accommodation place Has all the equipment required for a stay, adjacent parking. a central location. Amazing view from the apartment, see photo with morning coffee We were in the apartment 3, that really is the railway line, hardly hear the train that runs once every hour, there is something charming one. Receive free entry to the TAUERN SPA. Including robes and towels, unlimited hours. Every day we would end up there. With the blue voucher you can get discounts in all sorts of places like KAPRON DAM

One toilet with no sink, but that's how it is all over Austria ...

Brilliant location, parking and excellent host!

No breakfast self catering. Location to local super market 10mins walk. Spa (free cards by host) 15-20mins walk (excellent for all the family) Mountain biking, running and lakes all near and perfect for the sport oriented family/ individual. Sights and easy access either by mountain bike, foot or car to some fantastic views and attractions.

A house Regulated use of the house sauna. 3 ongoing property construction sights next door and with the living radius was the only real downside.
