Great location, but very low value for money on everything else.
Location is grea, just 5 min from the Tauern Spa and 5-15 min pretty much from every cable car in the Kaprun - Zell-am-See area. Good parking slots. Nice that you self-check-in.
Apartment Igor is not a well maintained apartment. Floors very extremely dirty - we had to reclean and even then wear shoes. Balconies (with amazing Alp view) were not cleaned for 2 years I think. The smell from the sauna and also from the dishwasher was… let’s say it will haunt us forever in nightmares. For an above average price of 200+ per night there are no basic things such as coffee, tea, soap, etc. The coffee brewer was also broken. Some of the furniture elements are damaged (lamp on the dining table) the rest are as cheap as they come which is OK as long as they are clean (they are not). Cherry on top is the number of messages/reminders you will get if you book this. I got 15 on various subjects from check-in time to pushing me to download some app I don’t want.

Very clean. Apartment very well designed and decorated. each room had its own shower and only one room had private bathroom as well. Had a sauna in it - Although we didn’t use it Need to separate the trash according to type
Had to drive to a meetup point to take the keys. Need to leave security deposit so if something is not cleaned or broke they will deduct it but when checking out no one checks its ok so they can deduct without letting you clean or fix the issue. Need to return (again) the keys at the meeting point. Missing some friendly face near the apartments in case something is missing or in case help is needed. The dryer for example did not work, we needed to clean it, empty the water tank (something we were unfamiliar with) to make it working.

Mooi appartement op goede locatie
Goede locatie en schoon appartement met benodigde faciliteiten. Sauna in het appartement was een plus punt is. 3 slaapkamers met aangrenzende badkamer.
Bedden waren ontzettend hard waardoor we slecht sliepen. Sommige dingen hadden reparatie nodig( koelkastdeur niet mogelijk om pakken melk in te zetten, omdat het stuk was, deurklink van wasruimte viel steeds van de deur). 1 van de badkamers liep het water slecht weg tijdens het douchen.
