nice location! Pawel is very helpful introducing all the informations about the house and also the skiing conditions nearby. There is a large garten which is perfect for our dog. Swimmingpool and Sauna is definitely the highlight after the whole day skiing.

Easy access to code safe to get the keys on arrival, easy driving distance to local shops and Lake, great views from the balcony, lovely space for bigger families, kind friendly staff

Would have been good was a washing machine and tumble dryer onsite and maybe a welcome pack with more information about the property details like bins, parking, pool etc etc and things to do locally or of interest within the area.

Magnificent views and cozy apartment house

Apartments are on the dreamy location with magnificant view at the mountains. Absolutely clean and fully equipped apartment with pool as a super add-on. The owners are absolutely lovely and would come again gladly.

Beds could be a bit more comfortable, coming from the person with low back problems. But all in all great value for money.

Its a big apartment with a beautiful mountain view and balcony. The apartment is in a very quiet area close to the main road. Everything was very clean and the bed was comfortable.

The apartment is very basic, pretty old looking (furniture/decoration) and could use a refreshment (the kitchenware was new and clean though).

The biggest advantage is a location of the apartment; you have a connection to most of the places around. Host is always available and eager to help and share valuable touristic information. There is everything in the apartment you need too, I truly recommend

Zum Glück war der Urlaub nur eine Woche lang!

Große Wohnung

Der Parkplatz ist belegt, derzeit blockieren wir eine Garage. Mülltonnen vor dem Haus quillen über, viel Müll liegt daneben. In der Ferienwohnung haben wir einen vollen Geschirrspüler vorgefunden, in der Küche ist eine Glühbirne defekt, ein Küchenschrank hat eine defekte Tür, an der Dunstabzugshaube fehlt ein Schalter und eine Lampe ist defekt. An einer Steckdose fehlt die Abdeckung, der Türrahmen ist an einer Seite beschädigt. Der Geschirrspüler hat einen Bügel, welcher das Geschirr halten soll, dieser ist defekt, klappt um, die Teller können nicht abgestellt werden. Die Klappe des Geschirrspülers / der Schrank, in welchen der Geschirrspüler eingebaut ist, ist nicht in Ordnung. Der Griff des Tiefkühlfaches im Kühlschrank ist defekt / fehlt. Beleuchtung über Arbeitsfläche ist vorhanden, aber ohne Funktion. Die ganze Wohnung ist sehr kalt! Die Mikrowelle kann nicht benutzt werden, diese ist von innen total schmutzig, schaltet man sie an, raucht das ganze Gerät und stinkt! Das Geschirr weist Gebrauchsspuren auf, Teller und Gläser sind beschädigt. Im Badezimmer fehlt ein Handtuchhalter, die Badtür ist defekt. Im Kinderzimmer befindet sich ein Loch in der Wand, der Lichtschalter hat keine Abdeckung. Das Sofa im Wohnzimmer hat drei "Löcher", der Stehlampe fehlt eine Glühbirne. In der Küche und dem Wohnzimmer suchen wir nach Lichtschaltern, die vorhandenen funktionieren nicht. (Im Wohnzimmer existieren sechs Lichtschalter, keiner davon funktioniert, Licht gibt es per Fernbedienung oder aus einer Stehlampe, an welcher eine von zwei Glübirnen defekt ist) Zahlreiche Steckdosen in der Wohnung funktionieren nicht, sind abgeklebt oder ohne Rahmen. Es befindet sich ein Ofen in der Wohnung, Rauchmelder existieren nicht. An der Dunstabzugshaube befindet sich kein Hinweis auf den Ofen, sie saugt den Rauch aus dem Ofen, wir haben ein Kind mit Verdacht auf eine Rauchgasvergiftung ins Krankenhaus gefahren. Es gibt keine Sommercard, obwohl bei Booking.

Riesen Wohnung sehr nah zum Golfclub Zell am See.

Es war eine riesige Wohnung.

Die Beleuchtung in der Küche hat nicht funktioniert. (Egal, wir haben kaum die Küche gebraucht). Die Pool war unmöglich zu benutzen, das Wasser war viel zu kalt.

لمكان بعيد عن الخدمات. لابد لك الذهاب بالسياره وبعد الحجز وبعد ان خصمو المبلغ طلبو مني وديعه مبلغ ىقدره اكثر من 1300ريال سعودي. 282 يورو احبروني ادفع المبلغ كي لااخسر الخصم من مبلغ الحجر. وعند اعادة المبلغ جلسو يماطلوني ولم يعد الي المبلغ الي هذه اللحظه الفندق يخدع الناس بسعر الحجز وبعدها ياخذ منك وديعه حتى يخصم منها ايضاً مبالغ.
