Great location and very big apartment.

Location, big space.

A little worn out and it could use some fresh paint on the walls.

We had a nice stay with a good price/quality level.

Very friendly staff, flexible checkin. Good location, all the basic stuff was present.

The hygiene could be a bit better. The appartment was a hit old (we could not get all windows open due to some were stuck). Also equipment in the kitchen was a bit minimal and damaged (pans and cutlery) but that is only because we like to cook during holiday. We chose to sleep with the adults on the sleeping couch and the kids on in the bedroom, but I would change that next time as the bed was not really comfortable for adults. But for the price quality we think its a good place to stay and would definitely book again.

Great value

Great location, spacious apartment with a view of Kitzsteinhorn. Great as a hiking base. Kitchen with dishwasher, large fridge, cooking pans, pots, utensils. Even a sandwich toaster. A window in each room and a balcony. Smart TV with many channels, YouTube etc. Ample parking space. Good WiFi. Washing machine available (takes coins). Easy check in, check out, paid by card.

Bunk beds not too comfortable for adults. (very soft), but the couch was OK. No microwave. Dull knives and no sharpener. Low water pressure (both hot and cold), but good enough to take a shower.

Very clean and comfy apartment, awesome location. The key handover process from pension Patricia was very fast and David(i guess) from the reception desk was really helpful, giving instructions over a call and as whatsapp text messages. Would definitely recommend this apartment.

1-Not a deal breaker, but this is the first apartment i stayed where there was no microwave to heat foods. 2- There were no dishwasher tabs and shower gel, usually in apartments this would be provided. So make sure you bring some dishwasher tabs and shower gels with you. Apart from these this is an amazing place to stay.

Refreshing vacation

Well equipped property - we found everything and much more what we need. (kitchen accessories, salt, spices...). It was very comfortable. Nice view from the balcony.

Neighbors were a bit loudy in the night.

It wonderful places and it has a nice view, i do recommend the staying for couples and friends. Everything and places which you need to go just near by. If you would like to visit Zell am see just 10 to 15 mins driving.

The checkout had cooperation and I liked it

There was no fan in the apartment and after it was requested, it was not provided, the beds were very bad and very hard, there is no cleaning of the rooms and they must be cleaned by the guest himself. There is no service or tourism card

Great location in Kaprun

The apartment very spacious and in a great location. Really glad we had a front facing balcony. Plenty of cupboard and storage space.

Some of the decor was a bit tired and in need of a bit of an update. Having said that it wasn't a problem for just a week. Nice modern kitchen spoilt by a stupid table in it that didn't match, breakfast bar would have suited better.

Good

A great apartment overall, clean and comfortable, and walking distance to both town and ski lifts. We enjoyed our stay, and would consider staying again if in Kaprun.

A little cold, we had the heating on full but it still was a little cold. What would we change about the apartment? Well, a an oven would make the apartment perfect. Please note the washing is shared in basement and requires euros to run.

Clean, warm, all the needed facilities a family would need. Everything was perfect. The WiFi was great. The reception is literally across the street. The city slope is 400m away - awesome for small kids learning to ski...

I don't think I can name anything that can qualify as "needs improvement".

Even though standard was not bad, for given price on can find better.

The bed was really not OK - it was a sofa, not a proper bed. Man at the reception told us - oh, yeah, it is really not good bed. Well, thank for confirming, what we learned only after first night once that our stay was paid. At the same time, we found out that there are rooms with various standards available under given type of room, while we have obtained the small and with most basic equipment. That was quite a dissapointment, even though, technically picture of the room was displayed (among others with higher standards, which catched our attention when choosing).

Be prepared to sleep without real curtains

Nice appartment well equiped and good location. Despite the lack of curtains a restful place to sleep before the sun rises.

No real curtains in the bed room to shed of the light. Be prepared to wake up early around 5 or 6 o clock if you travel over the summer. Make sure to have a set of eye covers with you. It is not really acceptable. We reported this to the staff who after the first complaint didn't bothered and said that this is normal. While I have never seen this before. Only after the second complaint it was taken in to account and the owner will be contacted.

Not the best choice for those, who wants typical Alps accommodation

- Well equipped kitchen and room itself - Comfortable bed - Friendly staff

We’ve got apartments with the view to the inner yard (surrounded by another 3 or 4 similar buildings), so instead of evening chill on the balcony, we’ve had to feel atmosphere of a student dormitory, where everybody hear and see everybody, even if they don’t want to... No soap or shower gel So, unfortunately, kind of overpriced choice

فيه رائحة في الشقة اول ما دخلنا المراتب والمخدات غير مريحة الحمام بدون تهوية رسوم اضافية ومبالغ فيها مقابل اللحافات والمناشف

الشقة جيدة والادارة عليك مائة بالمائة وموقف السيارات بعيد عن مدخل الشقة لبعض البنايات.

المبنى مستقل عن الفندق ، المبنى احدث من الفندق لانه شقق اوسع ومصعد وشطاف ماء متوفر بالحمام وانتم بكرامه

المكان منفصل ولا يعتبر في فندق لانه سكن مع شقق اخرى والواقف متوفرة وبعض السكان يتدخل بالمواقف
