Cozy, comfortable and clean.

There's a river just outside which is very loud. Sleeping with open windows in summer might be problematic (there's no AC). Also hanging on the patio is not enjoyable because of that. On the other hand this was only a minor inconvenience for us. Also maybe the river becomes calmer in the summer (we were at the beginning of May)

location, two bedrooms, two bathrooms and that we could stay longer was really good.

noise, the head of the dear is not necessary. Plus the ceiling of the bathroom upstairs is not complete and the bathroom downstairs was a bit outdated.

Nice is a hotel but more attention for Cleanness is required

The hotel was equipped with almost everything that you need to coke. The location is also good within centre of the Zell am see, but it's a bit on the hill which is very trying if you walk from the City center.

There are small spiders in the room given the hotel is next to the river and it's old.

It was nice, but too noisy during the night.

Quick response from the host when we had problem. Washing machine and kitchen in the room was great comfort. Clean and enough dishes, glasses and cooking wears.

No parking space was informed when I was booking, but still it was the biggest problem we had. We stored our beer and water bottles out side of door but inside of our garden, during the night people from same facility had stolen everything they even peed in front of our door. Too much late night parties in facility. Very Noisy during the nights.
