1. no hot water ...we stayed with family of 6 but only 3 max at time can take hot shower due to lack of it or switch being controlled by owner as mentioned by nikoleta d rep. Quoting her statement in whatsap " I will ask the owner, he is regulating everything from the distance, heating and hot water, i will let u know, i am sorry". 2. Room heater was off remotely until we came back..we noticed that onced we complained to nikoleta d heat was on in 5 seconds. 3. No dryer for clothes after washing...whats the purpose of having washing machine? 4. No proper instruction on using amenities..end up we cant use the microwave or oven properly. 5.For the rental this place is not value for money
