Wonderful clean apartment in a great location, within walking distance of the ski bus and gondola and a private parking right outside the building. If you decide to go to the slopes by car, which I did and highly recommend, it’s super easy. It has everything you could ever need for a vacation: a cosy bed, a fully equipped kitchen, and even a bathtub to relax in after skiing. There are also two balconies with splendid views of the mountains and Kitzsteinhorn. Downstairs, there is heated ski storage, which is very convenient and easy to use. Our host Rudi is very kind and helpful — we felt as if we were in our own home. We will definitely come back next year!

Wonderful flat ! Cozy, spacious, clean , with all the needed amenities and wonderful view from the balcony directly to the mountains and the slope ending in Areitexpress ! The location is very quiet and in the proximity of Areitexpress and some apreski pubs& restaurants & SPAR ! We've had parking (been by car) and we commute in minutes to Schmittenhöhe access and in 15 minutes to Kitzsteinhorn ! We had a wonderful ski vacation and we've been very happy with their accommodation !

Lovely apartment, great location and facilities. Owner is very nice and super helpful. Apartment was very clean a comfortable. Beautiful view from balcony. Would highly recommend and is great value for money.
