Clear, quiet room close to the ski slopes with place to store equipment

Quiet location close to the ski slopes with place to store equipment. Also close to ski bus stop to get into town centre. Room was clean and warm.

Everything was great, only small point is maybe it could have been a bit clearer where reception is to collect keys, even if it’s just a sign on the main door. But owner was quick to respond when we messaged to ask where to check in.

The host is a very nice lady, she was kind enough to accommodate our special request regarding check in time. The view from the balcony was beautiful, the room and bathroom very clean. We appreciated the selection of tea/coffee and the host raising our attention to local events happening that we may have missed otherwise.

While there is a bus service that drops you off pretty close, more often than not we had to take the 35 mins hike in the evenings as the service is scarce after 6PM. The walls/ceiling might have been a bit too thin, we heard the guests moving down the stairs early in the morning and moving furniture above us.

The view was outstanding and the hotel is located in a so calm area which was super nice! The lady that operated the hotel is so helpful and gave very good advice about what do to the area when we came.

The hill up to the hotel is a killer workout but you have really nice view up and down so it didn’t matter.

Loved the location, the views from the balcony in the morning, the host was super nice and communicative. Bed is comfortable and soft, duves very warm for colder nights

The pillows were a bit harsh for a soft sleeper, couldnt rest my head and neck well for the next day (long journey of everyday travel). No puffiness or comfort.

It was good for short period

The view was very good, the apartment was clean, but there is only one tiny issue, that the apartment studio was small for family with 5 person (2 adults 3 children)

The bathroom should be improved specially the shower place is small.

Great place to stay while visting Zell am See

Everything was top notch. Rooms were modern, comfy and exceptionally clean. The host was superb, welcomed us to the apartment and gave us recommendations on what to do and visit. She even came to notify us about one place we planned to visit which was closed due to maintenance (saved us a lot of time). Room had a beautiful terrace with mountain view.

wonderful stay for New Years close to the slopes. perfect location and warm, cosy rooms with great balcony.

Amazing location, 200m from ski lift and when there’s enough snow can easily ski back to house. It is also an easy 20 minute walk into the town with plenty of great restaurants, and an option to catch a bus back up to the house (free with ski pass). Comfortable rooms, and great accomodating host.

The double room has cups to make tea/coffee and a small fridge - but no other cutlery or plates (if wanting to have breakfast in room) also nothing to clean tea cups with.

Comfortable bed. Quite surroundings. Seperate parking for guests. Friendly staff.

Very early checkout (from 6 a.m to 9 a.m), no trash bin in the room. Very small sink in the bathroom, bathroom not very cozy. No air conditioner.

Great place to stay in Zell am See

Very nice place, calm and quiet, but in walking distance to the city centre. View on the mountain/forrest. Super clean rooms, comfy beds, spacious balcony. The owners were very friendly, agreed on late check-in. Also we forgot keys in the accomodation and realized it already back in Czech Republic. The owners had sent them via post to us. Parking available on the spot. Highly recommended!!!
