1- Check in too much late 4:00 PM , better to make it earlier by 2:00 PM. 2- Rooms have smoke detectors which makes you unable to cook per your own risk & peace. 3- Beds covers not changed & not cleaned well as well !!! Beds cover should be replaced with new ones for each new arrivals.

Prachtige ligging

In de zomer wordt het meer dan 40 graden binnen en deze hitte krijg je niet weg ‘s nachts. Het appartement was niet goed schoon bij aankomst. Vaatwasser vol, prullenbakken ongeleegd en keuken en inventaris heb ik schoon moeten maken. De parkeergarage stinkt enorm door de afvalcontainers. Er hangen heel veel sleutelkastjes buiten, onduidelijk welke je moet hebben. Op het pand hangen zeker 10 A-4tjes met alles wat je niet mag doen; niet erg welkom. Tot slot heb je in het appartement erg veel last van geluid, omdat je direct boven de entree zit en de meeste gasten erg luidruchtig zijn. Beleving niet in verhouding tot de prijs.

Decepcionant

El pis és molt gran, 85m2 amb uns matalassos còmodes. Ubicat a l'altre punta de Zell am See, s'hi pot arribar en 10 min en cotxe

Molt mala olor, vem haver de comprar ambientadior. Vem agafar el pis per les vistes i ens van donat el pis a la primera planta, amb vistes parcials al llac. Important: falta de neteja, restes de brutícia dela hostes anteriors, mocadors sota el llit i varies teles d'aranya a les habitacions. Davant de la meva queixa ens van oferir el 50% del cost de la neteja, que de moment no he vist. Falta parament, bombetes foses etc En resum , la relació qualitat preu és decepcionant

Schön, aber wir nicht mehr…

Uns hat besonders die Größe des Apartments, die moderne Ausstattung und der traumhafte Ausblick gefallen. Sehr praktisch war auch die Möglichkeit, das Parkhaus zu nutzen.

Leider steht der hohe Preis von 2.300 € pro Woche in keinem Verhältnis zur Unterkunft. So luxuriös wie der Preis es vermuten lässt, ist das Apartment nicht. In der Dusche löste sich die Dichtung, im Türrahmen des Badezimmers war das Holz bereits porös. Selbst einfache Dinge wie Handseife wurden nicht bereitgestellt, sodass wir improvisieren mussten. Auch die Lautstärke durch andere Gäste auf den Balkonen war abends und nachts störend, sodass wir die Fenster geschlossen halten mussten. Zudem ist der Zugang zum See außerhalb des Hotelbereichs kaum möglich, da fast alles verbaut ist. Schade, da das Apartment selbst von der Größe, der modernen Ausstattung und dem Ausblick her durchaus überzeugen konnte.

راح اكرر الزيارة اذا تم توضيح الطابق والاطلالة المباشرة وغير المباشرة

الاطلالة جميلة والشقة نظيفة الدخول كنت اتوقع انه صعب واتضح انه سلس جداً يجيك كود ومعه رقم الشقة وارقام الشقق بينها نقطة يعني مثلا 1.1 تعني الشقة في الطابق الاول ورقمها واحد وهكذا ، الصناديق تجدها في الخارج في جدار الفندق المجاور لهم seahotel وتدخل الكود وتفك الصندوق وتتجه لشقتك ، ادخل سيارتك البدروم وفيه باب في البدروم اذا فتحته تلقى غرفة متر في متر ادخل وافتح الباب الثاني وتلقى المصعد وبالتوفيق يوجد مطبخ متكامل فيه بوتقاز وفرن وغلاية وجميع ادوات الطبخ من صاج وقدر وصحون وملاعق وسكاكين ومكنية وكواية ومنشر 👍🏼 تصلح الي بيطبخ

لايوجد تنظيف من دخولك حتى خروجك وهذا الشيء ازعجني يفترض ان يكون هناك تنظيف يومي . لايوجد في الاستقبال احد . لاتدري اين تكون شقتك ربما في الدور الاول وتحرم من المنطر لان الاشجار تسد عليك وربما تكون عالبة جداً افضل شي الادوار الوسطى الشقتين اللي في الدور الرابع ماتصلح لان مجاوره اطلالة مفتوحة للجميع تكشفها يحتاج سيارة ضروري لان ماجنله خدمات بعيد عن السنتر

Úžasné ubytování i jeho okolí, vše bez problémů, parkování v krytých garážích (výška 210 cm).

Malebné okolí a výhled z apartmánu, lokalita klidná, zároveň autem asi 7 minut do centra Zell am See, prostředí příznivé pro koupání i jiné vodní sporty i vycházky

Chybělo mýdlo na ruce, ale to je v porovnání se všemi přednostmi tohoto ubytování maličkost :-).

إطلالة بداخلها فخ فلا تقع في شراكه

الإطلالة ولكنها فخ تجذبك إلى أسوأ تجربة فنصيحة لاتأخذك الإطلالة للسكن لأنها ليست كل شي

الشركة التي تتولى ادارة الفندق سيئة جداً فالفندق يملك موقعاً ممتازاً ولكن الإدارة معقدة تعقيداً شديداً ١- إجبارك على اتباع خطوات معقدة لن تستلم المفتاح إلا بإتباعها فلا تظن أن دفعك ثمن الغرفة هي آخر خطوة بل هي اول خطوة للدخول في دوامة ستجعلك تكره سفرك فحينما تدفع الثمن ستأتيك رسالة انه لن يصلك رمز الدخول للغرفة إلا بتحميل رابط وادخال بياااااناتك كاملة وجواز سفرك وجواز سفر مرافقيك ودفع وديعة تبلغ 250يورو واذا أتممت ذلك وردتك رسالة اخرى تفصيلية لمكان الصندوق الذي تجد مفاتيحك فيه وهو في عمارة مجاورة وليس في ذات العمارة فالوضع أشبه بحل لغز ٢- التأخير في استلام الغرفة فالمقرر حسب الموقع ان ادخل عند الساعة الرابعة عصرا ولكن لم ادخل إلا الساعة الخامسة والثلث مساءً ٣- نظافة الغرفة سييييييييييييئة جداً بسبب ان شركة النظافة عبارة عن امرأة كبيرة في السن اتت متأخرة وهي تدخن بشرااااااااهة ومعها ابنيها ومعهم وسائل بداااائية ويحملون بياضات الأسرة من دون اكياس فالنظافة لاتليق بالفندق وإطلالته عرفتهم بسبب انتظاري لتنظيف الغرفة بعد التأخر في تسليمها لي ٤- الأرضيّة فيها مشكلة وقد قاموا بوضع لاصق عليها دون حل مشكلتها وقد تبين لي بعد قراءة التعليقات انها متكررة ويقومون بتأجير الموقع دون حل المشكلة فما دام انه يتم تأجيرها بهذه التكلفة البسيطة فسيظلون بهذه الطريقة ٥- مبلغ الوديعة لم يذكر في بند سياسات الفندق وإنما هو مذكور في زاوية معلومات مهمة ولا يتم ذكره بشكل واضح إلا بعد دفعك لقيمة السكن ولا يتم ارجاعه كما اشير اليه في رسالة الدخول عند مغادرتك فوراً بل تنتظر لمدة سبعة ايام كااااملة ٦- الأسرة غير مريحة وضيقة جداً فلا تستطيع أن تنقلب على جانبك الآخر لأنك حينها ستجد نفسك ساقطاً على الأرض ٧-نصيحة من محب لاتسكن في الفندق حتى تتغير سياسة الفندق في الدخول المعقد وتتغير شركة النظافة التابعة للفندق لأن الفندق وإطلالته حرااااام ان يفسده مثل هذه الأمور التي يمكن حلها

Poor cleanliness and service – not worth the price

Nice view and parking

Unfortunately, the apartment was far from clean when we arrived. There was a strong smell in the kitchen, the cupboards were sticky and the floors were so dirty that our white socks turned grey. We had to spend over an hour cleaning right after check-in, which is absolutely unacceptable for a place in this price range. On top of that, one of the two bedrooms we booked had no bedding at all. We contacted the host MULTIPLE times by email and phone, but no one ever brought it. One of us had to sleep on the couch even though we paid for TWO bedrooms. What was even more frustrating was that the host later claimed the bedding was “delivered later” – which simply isn’t true. As if that wasn’t enough, we had to stand outside in the cold for over 30 minutes due to a fire alarm. There was no explanation, no assistance, and no follow-up from the host. Communication throughout our stay was extremely slow and ineffective. We kept writing, sent photos, clearly explained the issues but we either got no reply at all or just generic responses that didn’t address what we were actually saying. Overall, the experience was very disappointing. For the price we paid, we expected a clean apartment, proper communication, and a minimum level of professionalism, none of which we received.

أكثر شي عجبني أن الشقة واسعة ونظيفة وتشفع لها الاطلالة ع البحر. لها مواقف سيارة خاصة وفيها مصعد .

المكان ملئ بالحشرات زي البعوض والنحل والمشكله اذا قفلنا الشبابيك حر ومافي تكييف ولا مرواح. طلبت منهم أكياس زبالة زيادة لانهم بس حاطين لي واحد خلال 5 ايام قالوا لي احنا نوفر لك الاساسيات اذا تبغين زيادة تشترين من نفسك وماعجبني أسلوبهم تبغد عن السنتر بالسيارة امكن 5-8 دقايق أقرب بقالة لها في محطة بالسياره امكن 5 دقايق المنطقة ماحولها أي شي والبحر له سور وكل شي بعيد عنك مشياً طلبتهم بطاقات السياح علشان النشاطات تكون مخفضه قالوا لي أنهم أرسلوها ايميل وأقولهم ماجاني شي كم مرة يقولون احنا أرسلناها اضطريت أنه أسال غيرهم .
