There was no breakfast provided as it probably was not part of our booking. The location is just great - what a view of the mountains and the water body with Zell am See on the other side.
Had to go to Kaprun to pick up the keys - this was a little inconvenient especially at the end of the day.

The view was absolutely, the apartment was spacious, very clean, quiet, and everything was smooth and easy from check-in to check-out.
The only small inconvenience was that the check-in office was a little difficult to reach because it is located in Kaprun, not directly at the property.

Location was good along with the view across the lake to Zell Am See.
Having to pick up keys 20min away is not fun. No AC in apartment. It is extremely hot in summer. There were zero pantry items for cooking such as salt and oil. The room description is not correct. It states 2 bedrooms with double bed and sofa bed in each, but there are no sofa beds. There are two bunk beds in what looks like a walk in robe which are not full length beds.
