الاطلاله شي من الخيال ومقابل سنتر زيلامسي🤩 تقريبا بس 10 دقايق بالسياره ومشي ساعه على البحيره لين توصل السنتر والمشي شي خيالي صراحه وفيه مسار جاهز للمشي وجمب السكن قهوه وبقاله وحديقه 👌 واهم شي قبل تحجزون تاكدو ان الحجز مطل على البحيره لان فيه شقق بالدور الاسفل ومو مطله بشكل واضح أنا سكنت في الدور الرابع شقه 4.1 اعتقد وكانت 3 غرف نوم وحمامين وصاله ومطبخ وبلكونه كانت جميله مره

الاستقبال لاستلام المفاتيح كان في كابرون لكن مب مشكله كبيره يبعد فقط 12 دقيقه بالسيارة ، وكذلك الشقه الي سكنت فيها إذا احد طلع بالبلكونه البلكونه الثانيه المشتركه بالدور الرابع تكشفك بشكل كامل يفتقر إلى بعض الخصوصيه فقط وآمل منكم تحسينها بالمستقبل

موقع السكن غير جيد مليئ بالحشرات ولاتوجد خدمات قريبة

الاستقبال بموقع اخر بعيد عن السكن ولايوجد موظفين على مدار الساعة لمعالجة ملاحظات السكان ، رجعت للشقة ووجدت الكهرباء لاتعمل وتواصلت معهم عن طريق الواتس وطلبوا مني البحث عن مفاتيح الكهرباء الرئيسية والتشييك على الفيوزات واخبرتهم أن هذا الشي خطر وليس من اختصاصي . فابلغوني بالانتظار حتى يقفل مكتب الاستقبال الذي يبعد حوالي نصف ساعة ومن ثم يحضرون للاصلاح فحضروا بعد ساعة ونصف تقريبا وتم الاصلاح ، مرفق صورة من المحادثة اثناء طلبهم البحث عن مكان طبلون الكهرباء. خرجت قبل 10 ايام ولم يرجعوا مبلغ التامين حتى الان

شقة واسعة ونظيفة بإطلالة بانورامية خلابة على البحيرة

حجزنا شقة ديلوكس تتسع لـ 4 أشخاص، تحتوي على غرفتي نوم ودورتي مياه وصالة ومطبخ متكامل، مع شرفة وصالة بإطلالة بانورامية رائعة على بحيرة زيلامسي. مناظر الشقة جميلة وهادئة، والمكان نظيف وواسع. ( الاطلالة خُرافية)

بشكل عام كانت الإقامة مريحة وموفقة، إلا أن الشقة ينقصها مكواة للملابس. كما يجدر التنويه إلى أن الفندق يقع في الجهة المقابلة لفندق جراند، مما يستدعي استخدام سيارة للوصول إلى أغلب المطاعم والخدمات، وأن إجراءات تسجيل الوصول تتم في كابرون وليس في موقع الفندق نفسه. لا يتوفر مكيف، لكن المراوح موجودة.

A beautiful and peaceful stay with great service, but could be more comfortable with air conditioning.

The place was absolutely wonderful. It’s surrounded by nature and offers a peaceful and relaxing atmosphere. The services were excellent and the staff was friendly and helpful.

The property needs air conditioning, especially during warm summer days. Also, the price was a bit high for the value offered.

Ease of check-in. The Check-in is between 4 and 8 PM plus at a location different than the stay. Check-out is at 10 AM. That leaves very limited time at the property.

Checkin and key collection in Kaprun if you come afternoon, local reception only staffed before 11 AM. So bo 24/7 coverage on the reception. But we were lucky we disn’t need recpetion staff out of their working hours

إقامه رائعه وموقع جميل وهادئ مع وجود بعض الملاحظات التي أرجو أن تؤخذ بعين الإعتبار من قبل الإداره

- أعجبني الموقع والإطلاله وهدوء المكان ونظافته واحتوائه على جميع مستلزمات الإقامه - لم يعجبني عدم وجود موظفين في الموقع عند الحاجه إليهم كذلك الواي فاي لم يكن قويا في الطابق الأرضي وعند مدخل المبنى وكانت هناك مشكله عند الخروج من الطريق المؤدي إلى المبنى إلى الطريق العام حيث انه يصعب رؤية السيارات القادمه من الجهة اليسرى مما قد يتسبب في وقوع حادث إضافة إلى أنه كانت هناك رسوم إضافية غير معلن عنها قبل إجراء الحجز وعلمت بها بعد إجراء الحجز وقمت بدفعها منفصلة

بعد عناء طويل وصعوبه الدخول للشقه واستلام المفتاح نعم الشقه جميله وحجم كبير واطلاله رائعه ونظافه استثنائيه فقط فقط فقط

الحذر كل الحذر لجميع الزبائن في حال الحجز لن تجد موظفين الاستقبال بنفس المكان وسوف تظطر للذهاب الى منطقه اخرى لا استلام مفتاح الدخول . وكذلك في حال الخروج لن تجد موظفين الاستقبال حتى تتمكن من تسليم المفتاح واستلام التامين والذي هو 300 يورو تم استلامها منك بدون مبرر كذلك السعر الذي يرسل من شركة booking يختلف عن السعر الذي يتم سحبه من البطاقه بشي بسيط سعر المكان غالي جدا جدا جدا الرجاء التاكد من مكان استلام المفتاح قبل الحجز نصيحه لجميع من يود الحجز بهذا المكان طبعا اذا تحضر متاخر بالليل لن تجد احد نهائيا ولن تستلم الشقه بنفس اليوم وتروح عليك فلوسك وطبعا ترسل لشركة booking ولا يوجد رد منهم وهذا هو الطبيعي

Lovely view. Decent size apartment.

Not easy finding taxis. Very few eateries at walking distance. Had to travel many kilometers just to get the keys for checking-in. No ventilators first night in spite of requesting. Extremely foul smelling fridge - no remedy in spite of complaining.

You need to collect your keys from kaprun. I called the number provided by booking but the individual informed me they dont have contact number of the guy who hold the keys. I lift with family in the street. So disappointed. Moreover, they keep trying to charge my Vcard! It seems a fraud. Becarefull. I have decided to stop using Booking from now on..

There is no damage at the table and they charge me 100 EUR and than after I left the hotel they charge 500 EUR without advance informed and we discussed about the damage there and they just 100 EUR what happens not fair at all you should inform me before that

Location, clean apartment, car parking,

Untransparency of pricing. When I book the hotel the price was different than the actual price. I have been charged 224 Euros more for cleaning!!!! that was not added in the amount in booking app, I believe if this is not optional and I have to take it anyway then it should be added in the origin price. I was surprised when I had to pay more than 220 euros for them because they have to clean the apartment after I leave!!! So frustrated
