Spacious apartments with great views and good communication

- We were informed in advance that the keys had to be picked up at another hotel in Kaprun (about a 12-minute drive by car). Everything went smoothly and without any issues. - Communication was easy and efficient. We contacted the administrator via WhatsApp and received quick replies. Upon check-in, we noticed that one power socket was not working (it turned out we simply hadn’t switched it on) and the light above the stove was broken. Everything was fixed the next day. - The apartments fully match the photos. They were spacious and relatively clean (except for a rather dusty floor). - Good sound insulation - we were not disturbed by neighbors from other apartments or by neighbors within the same apartment. - On the ground floor there is a laundry room with 2 washing machines and 2 dryers, free to use from 10 a.m. to 8 p.m. Laundry capsules are not provided, but we brought a few of our own. - The kitchen was well equipped with plenty of good and convenient cookware. There is a freezer, coffee machine, and an oven. - Comfortable bed. I usually sleep poorly in new places, but here I had no problems. The pillows were a bit too large for my taste, but not a big issue. - Internet worked without any problems. - We had two cars: one was parked in the underground garage, the other outside near reception - no issues at all. - There is a ski storage in the parking area. - I was worried that for 5 people there would be only one bathroom, but there was an additional toilet with a sink, which was great. - A large and convenient drying rack for clothes. - Amazing view from the apartment and a large, comfortable balcony.

- Cleaning only includes taking out the trash, providing new toilet paper, and changing towels every other day. Since there is no vacuum cleaner in the apartment, it would be nice if the cleaning staff vacuumed the floor. - The fridge is quite small for an apartment designed for 6 people. We had to store some of the cooked food on the balcony. - The kitchen starter set included only one dishwasher tablet, a cloth, a sponge, and dishwashing liquid. We had read about this in reviews and brought extra dishwasher tablets with us. The kitchen knife provided was also not very good, so we brought our own. Suggestions for the future: add proper tea mugs (the existing ones are very small and more suitable for coffee), a good kitchen knife, and a few extra dishwasher tablets. There was also no salt, trash bags, cooking oil, or plastic wrap / foil. - It was VERY hot and the air was very dry. When we arrived, the thermostats were turned on in all rooms and the apartment felt like it was 30°C. Even after turning them off and keeping the windows open all the time, it was still very warm. It would be great to have a better temperature control system that guests could adjust themselves, as well as air humidification - our skin and mucous membranes became very dry. - Not enough hangers in the bedrooms - luckily, we brought our own. - In a few places, the placement of power sockets in the bedrooms is very inconvenient. We had read reviews and brought an extension cord with us. - In our bedroom, there was no curtain on the large high window. I sleep with an eye mask, so it wasn’t a big issue for me, but for privacy reasons at least, a curtain should be added. - No microwave. - Despite the shower door, water splashed out a lot during showering. Also, the bath mat next to the shower was already wet when we arrived.

1. The parking is ridiculous, tap in and tap out system in 2025 is ridiculous. Just upgrade the system 2. Paid cleaning fee for the cleaner just to fold the comforter, change the towel and garbage bags for almost €300? I don’t think they change the bedsheet from the previous guests.

A beautiful and peaceful stay with great service, but could be more comfortable with air conditioning.

The place was absolutely wonderful. It’s surrounded by nature and offers a peaceful and relaxing atmosphere. The services were excellent and the staff was friendly and helpful.

The property needs air conditioning, especially during warm summer days. Also, the price was a bit high for the value offered.

Great full lake/mountain views. Best cofee view i’ve ever had. The room was very spacious and fully equipped. The parking was easy.

Checkin and key collection in Kaprun if you come afternoon, local reception only staffed before 11 AM. So bo 24/7 coverage on the reception. But we were lucky we disn’t need recpetion staff out of their working hours

Need a car to stay at this property and loss of smell to tolerate the stench from the fridge

Lovely view. Decent size apartment.

Not easy finding taxis. Very few eateries at walking distance. Had to travel many kilometers just to get the keys for checking-in. No ventilators first night in spite of requesting. Extremely foul smelling fridge - no remedy in spite of complaining.

You need to collect your keys from kaprun. I called the number provided by booking but the individual informed me they dont have contact number of the guy who hold the keys. I lift with family in the street. So disappointed. Moreover, they keep trying to charge my Vcard! It seems a fraud. Becarefull. I have decided to stop using Booking from now on..

Untransparency of pricing. When I book the hotel the price was different than the actual price. I have been charged 224 Euros more for cleaning!!!! that was not added in the amount in booking app, I believe if this is not optional and I have to take it anyway then it should be added in the origin price. I was surprised when I had to pay more than 220 euros for them because they have to clean the apartment after I leave!!! So frustrated

breathtaking location and view with wonderful staff

The location is very nice and directly on the lake Zell am See from the other side. The view is breathtaking and it is only 7 minutes drive from the city center. The staff is very wonderful and helpful, the apartment is spacious and has a beautiful balcony, the apartments have an elevator and free parking with a smart entry gate

The check-in was from Kaprun, around 15 minutes drive from stay location, you should pay attention on this, and they take deposit 300 euros in cash ONLY , just be prepared. The furniture needs renovation, as well as the presence of spiders. It was terrifying for children. It may need a solution, such as putting nets on windows and entrances.
